We came to The Huddle House at the suggestion of our friends (we'd been there once prior with a bad experience and were hesitant to return) but we thought we would give it another go. When we arrived, there were 4 other tables in various stages of dinner and we sat ourselves and waited for the server to come. There was one server going off duty, the cook and one server running the floor. The server came within. 5 min of our arrival and took our drink orders. When she returned we ordered our food. After she took our order she brought a gentleman's order out to him and he must have said something was incorrect with it and the server, very loudly, began to question and badger him about what was wrong with his food and she was so sorry but she's busy and doing her best. I was horrified for the gentleman as she even leant down to his eye level and loudly berated him for saying anything was wrong with his food. The cook didnt begin cooking our food until approx 10 min after our order was placed. He wasnt even present on the line. When we finally did get out food, my ham steak tasted bad.. like it was old or something. I brought it home to share with the pets so our money wasnt wasted. We will never be returning to this restaurant. The server working there is obviously not happy with her job, as she was the server who was there the first time we at there and were disappointed with the service, and she should not be in the service industry.

Hashbrowns weren’t crispy at all. I paid extra for the raisin toast and it was burnt. Just not a breakfast worth bragging about.
