I'm not sure how two Jimmy John's can be so different, the Seward Jimmy John's makes the two pizza sandwiches absolutely divine. Always delicious ...how they can taste so bad, burnt, etc..every time.. at York is beyond me :( their wraps are great and the original menu is fantastic. The employees are very nice but seem to want to push you out as fast as they can so they lose the kindness feel. :/

The worst place I’ve ever entered , I always eat at Jimmy jones , but this branch , York Nebraska , is the worst , the girl on the cash today September 30at 13:30 pm, with a coloured hair , is a real bad person , she screamed at me twice , and said bad stuff about me with no reason , because I wanted to toast the bread , and I always ask the same at other branches , she even hurt my feelings a lot when she kicked me and my friends out from the place. You can refer to the cameras to see the truth I don’t recommend anybody to use that branch She is a real bad person She doesn’t want to spend a small effort to help people She doesn’t deserve to be at Jimmy jones
Ordered delivery , received my order which was the totally wrong sandwich. I had Ordered a wrap an a different kind then what was sent . I called A they sent my order again . Can u believe it was wrong again!!!! Sent right thing with NO MEAT in the sandwich. How do you mess it up twice in a row?🤦🏼♀️

Hit the drive through during our cross-country trip. I usually go in and order but thought I could save time. I was wrong, and you can't escape the drive-through lane once you enter. Asked for peppers on my sandwich, and they were left off even when the request was on the receipt. It's still a pretty good sub.

I placed my order at 715 pm and at 800 I called to see where my order was. Guy made an excuse that they had one order head of me delivery. It dont take over an hour and half for 2 sandwiches. By 840 my son went to go get our food elsewhere. And our sandwiches where sitting on the front door rug. No knock or nothing telling us the food was delivered. Who drops and runs? Very disappointed in the service. Be a very long time before I order there again.
