Ordered delivery , received my order which was the totally wrong sandwich. I had Ordered a wrap an a different kind then what was sent . I called A they sent my order again . Can u believe it was wrong again!!!! Sent right thing with NO MEAT in the sandwich. How do you mess it up twice in a row?🤦🏼♀️

Hit the drive through during our cross-country trip. I usually go in and order but thought I could save time. I was wrong, and you can't escape the drive-through lane once you enter. Asked for peppers on my sandwich, and they were left off even when the request was on the receipt. It's still a pretty good sub.

I placed my order at 715 pm and at 800 I called to see where my order was. Guy made an excuse that they had one order head of me delivery. It dont take over an hour and half for 2 sandwiches. By 840 my son went to go get our food elsewhere. And our sandwiches where sitting on the front door rug. No knock or nothing telling us the food was delivered. Who drops and runs? Very disappointed in the service. Be a very long time before I order there again.

Driving back to colorado, was in the mood for something other than burgers and burritos. I saw Jimmy John's and for a bonus, it had a drive-thru! I was able to get my usual #11 and was offered to try the pumpkin white chocolate cookie. Best suggestion ever, it was absolutely sinful to eat. The order taker made the experience even better, as he had an upbeat personality and seemed to be genuinely happy about serving people. Thank you for making my day and lighting my mood about this 7-hour drive back to Colorado.

Placed an order on the app. Had coupon to use and they wouldn’t let me use it. Said nothing about not not taking the coupon off. They didn’t know how to take the coupon off.

Walked over from the truck stop for something different. The staff were great. Greeting customers taking orders. My sandwich was made just as I asked and fast. I ate it there since it was clean and had plenty of room.
This Jimmy John’s is incredible. Friendly staff that made the sandwiches so fast and efficiently they were ready by the time we were done paying! I had an unusual order and they listened thoughtfully to make sure I got what I wanted. Thanks Jimmy John’s staff!
