Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Two cars ahead of me left before I ordered. I can understand if they’re busy/behind but no communication from the staff or an apology for the delay. Definitely won’t be back to this location as the service was terrible.

I always give a spot more than one chance, why because everyone has bad days and most of the time there are only so many different places to eat in the area. With that being said all three times at this KFC tacobell location were a bust. Time one ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a bean burrito no onions, got a wing and thigh and the burrito was made like a taco and plastered to the wrapper. Time two just Tbell same outcome no care in the making sour cream in a glob on one side burrito not rolled with contents all over. Time three got my 3 piece strip meal but side of what was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy was just the potatoes and the two soft tacos looked like a two year old made them then smashed them. Called the stored was told that the gravy comes separately on family orders which is true but I order an individual and got an individual. There is just zero effort and care and it really shows.

I was just there, I had a problem because apparently I made the wrong choice and they gave me mashed potatoes instead of French fries. The person in front of the counter helped me very kindly. These types of people deserve extra recognition from the owner of this store. My congratulations. I hope they continue like this and that this worker can be rewarded. This happened on October 23 at 5:50 p.m.

Ordered online and got half my food... the food I DID get was portioned for a toddler. Chicken was undercooked... Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were cold. Definitely the LAST time I order from KFC in York.

Everything was sticky and the place needs a good clean. There was lots of trash on the floor and the staff was standing around arguing about their schedules. We were the only people in there, They were not busy and now we know why...
I went through the drive thru and ordered a side of mashed potatoes, a small Doctor Pepper, and a cup of ice. After ordering the mashed potatoes, I heard the person laughing at my order. She never gave me my cup of ice, in fact she turned away. I honked to get her attention, and she looked my way, and then ignored me. She also failed to give me a spork and I returned to the facility twice. The girl should not be working.

Restaurant was dirty beyond belief. Chicken was over cooked and did not taste like kfc. They said they can't change the oil.
Save your money and don't eat there.
