I've discovered if I try to eat here all it does is piss me off and I end up leaving and going somewhere else. You wait forever in line, And by the time you get everything it's either cold or wrong . one day I went inside and it took me half an hour to get a burrito.. this time I showed up I've ordered something simple and they had six kids walked up at the window and four cars in the drive thru waiting. Lobby was open but kids went drive thru window to put everyone else on hild. By the time I got my food it was cold and rubbery....
You know I have stayed away because this place was bad and I thought I'd give it another shot and I don't know why I did. I won't be doing it again that's for sure...

After parking my RV at the Walmart next door, I walked over to this KFC and found that the lobby was closed due to maintenance. So I walked up to the drive-thru window and asked for a bit of an unusual order. Both the gentleman at the window and his boss were very helpful with my order. And they told me it was Tuesday so I got a discount. And most importantly, the chicken tasted great. Thanks guys!

Dining room is closed for renovations. I drive a semi truck and dont fit in drive thru. They let me order and pay on foot at the drive thru window .. thank you for letting me order food

Relative to other KFC's.... Not so good. Chicken had that old freezer taste. Food came up really slowly while drive through orders flew out the window.

Tyson grows chicken faster than this KFC can cook it. Currently 27 minutes waiting for a chicken combo box. No one cares, crew is rude, and barely moving.

April 20, out of nacho cheese sauce among other things. The counter person did let me know before i ordered. I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries to go. When i opened my meal, the fries were limp and my spicy sandwich was not spicy at all. The inside of the place was cluttered and the outside of the place was worse. The owner need to reinvest some money into this place.
Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Two cars ahead of me left before I ordered. I can understand if they’re busy/behind but no communication from the staff or an apology for the delay. Definitely won’t be back to this location as the service was terrible.

I always give a spot more than one chance, why because everyone has bad days and most of the time there are only so many different places to eat in the area. With that being said all three times at this KFC tacobell location were a bust. Time one ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a bean burrito no onions, got a wing and thigh and the burrito was made like a taco and plastered to the wrapper. Time two just Tbell same outcome no care in the making sour cream in a glob on one side burrito not rolled with contents all over. Time three got my 3 piece strip meal but side of what was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy was just the potatoes and the two soft tacos looked like a two year old made them then smashed them. Called the stored was told that the gravy comes separately on family orders which is true but I order an individual and got an individual. There is just zero effort and care and it really shows.
