Each time I order a hot caramel macchiato, I always get an iced one handed to me. The label on the cup doesn’t even say iced!!!!! The times I’ve handed it back and said “that was supposed to be hot”, I always get looked at it like I’m in the wrong. One of the supervisors went from a happy mood to an angry mood when I brought it up. Also, why does the person handing me a bag of food not ask if this is mine? Do they not repeat your order anymore to make sure it’s the right order going out? It seems like each time, a bag just gets handed to you and the window closes immediately and the employee walks away just as fast. What happened to customer service? It seems like they don’t train employees on how to greet customers or about customer service in general.

I stopped to get lunch, I ordered a double cheese burger MAC SAUCE ONLY, NO ONIONS, due to an allergy to onions, not only did it have onions on it, but when I called to talk to a manager, either no one answers, or they do and mute the phone, and don’t talk, I am very very upset about this!!! Half of the burger was eaten before she had an allergic reaction, I will no longer be coming to this restaurant!!

Went through the drive through last night, the gal who took our payment said the total and nothing more. When we pulled up to the next window, the gal working literally said nothing. It was the strangest experience. I really hope a manager will address and change the atmosphere here. It’s hard to believe these rude kids even have a job in customer service. Our 4 & 6 year olds have been manners then these employees.

The lady lied about my drink . I asked for iced coffee she told up to wait and then continued to say here’s your iced coffee while give use hot coffee with the lid barley on causing me to get burnt on my hand when setting cup down , witch also caused the car cup holder to be full of coffee I didn’t ask for , I wasn’t going to say anything and be a Karen but I felt that my experience was an unforgettable and needed to be seen by others .ps (the funny thing is she reassured us that she put ice in the coffee even tho you can clearly tell there wasn’t , the coffee is in a hot coffee cup witch gave it away some more.)
