Alright. This morning I woke up. And the morning I woke up this morning I wanted McDonald’s for breakfast. I order the same meal every single time from Mcdongs and they always mess it up. Today, my mouth was salivating for the big breakfast with hotcakes. After waiting 15 minutes in line, they finally gave me my food. And to my surprise. There were no pancakes with my meal. Not to mention. The eggs were basically yeeted into the box. The lady at the window was not helping the situation as she would just close the window and hide from me. I have always been an advocate for Mcshlongs. But today disappointed me. This is not the McDonald’s I know.Wheelchair accessibility: Very thoughtful!

Cold out there to ask for a Big Mac sauce side for my sandwich for breakfast cuz I need it that way for 10 plus years and the lady Rachel the manager was very rude to me on the phone and would do nothing to make my experience a good one will not be going back and telling your friends about this Rachel bad manager ethics you should never get rude with somebody on the phone? sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after a long day of work and the 20 minute drive from work to get there and the speaker not work but there was no note or anything, so we go to the other side to order, wait another 5 minutes and finally get to order and once we got our food i see they didn’t give me my sauces for the nuggets that they asked if i wanted sauce for, then i go to eat am chicken just for it to be stale and dry. Horrible. Most staff is kind, but service isn’t all that well.

order # 1263 10:00 pm 2-16-24 sat in line for 15 min the car in front of us must have ordered something od or a lot of food. as soon as they pulled through we got our cold food that had been setting there also not 1 napkin in the bag.???
This McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. Sat in the drive through waiting for our order for about 30 minutes! Then got our food but our McFlurrys took another 20 minutes before we got them and were rudely asked if there was a reason we were parked in the drive through line.

A lot of balls to charge 6 dollars for a single sandwich and then not even get the order right. Too bad I was on break and didn't have time to come get what I ordered. If you're going to charge this much pay your staff better.
