Hand tossed pizza was undercooked. We asked for red onion and got white or yellow onion instead. Woke up with a stomach ache. Told it would be over an hour and was delivered in 40 minutes, so that was nice. Delivery person was nice, as well. Medium pizza and small breadsticks with Delivery was 36.00 which I thought was high.

Will forget to make your order and leave you at the pickup window waiting for 20 mins. Walked in to find the staff causal on their phones.

Very good food, but seemed very short staffed. Waiter was only worried about talking to her friends and not being able to help several others.

Pizza-Hut back home would be getting atleast a 4 star, but here in York... the food quality seems to go down with every new hire that they get. Yea, you can't expect much from any place selling highly processed, overly preserved, frozen food that's overly priced, and extremely detrimental on your health (aka "Fast Food") but Pizza-Hut used to atleast be worth the stomach pain 20 minutes later. The food itself isn't the problem. In fact it somehow has improved in our "Economy" if we can even call it that anymore. The problem is the people making the Pizza itself. See, most Fast Food hires a lot of teenagers, and school kids. From 15-20 years of age. The other kind of people making your meals are usually felons who have nowhere left to go but these underpaid, horrible jobs. I digress. The felons usual do just fine actually, I prefer they be the ones making my food because they have to prove themselves to even keep a job. Where as these kids slack off, mess around, talk nasty, and overall don't put any effort into their work. Although would you if you could just have Daddy pay for everything if you get fired? Probably not. Sauce isn't spread to par. Toppings are not placed as per Pizza Huts standards, and employees are found sitting around eating free product more than selling product to their customers. If I was this places corporate overseer I would have a stroke, heart attack, and aneurysm all at the same time after doing my inspection. As a former manager of a Fast food franchise myself it is appalling the lack of care this franchise's managment has for both their customers and their employees performance. Atmosphere - I walked in to do my regular "look" of the place. At first glance the place was relatively clean for the amount of traffic. No complaints on lobby cleanliness on this particular day. Needless to say I haven't returned since, because the amount of work needed to improve my review would be nearly impossible to achieve in less than 3-6 months. Main reason being, bodies are hard to come by these days that actually perform well, and don't call in once every 3 days. I digress. The servers were indeed by far the only employees I have 0 flaws to note. They were friendly, kept up with their customers on a busy day, and kept their composure. Even though I could clearly tell they were stressed to boot, I would be proud to hire them for my own team. Then you see the GM and all the positivity immediately goes to their restroom and clogs the toilet. Loud, and obnoxious, rude to their employees, which can only make one assume that if this energy is portrayed to their staff it would be projected onto the customers as well. This makes the environment as a customer extremely awkward. Like when someone starts crying in public, and nobody knows what to do so everyone just sits and waits to see what happens. That kind of awkwardness. I personally think Pizza-Hut itself is an amazing establishment for what Fast food tops out to be. They always have new items, a wide variety of menu to choose from (as most Pizza places are very limited), and even act as a kind of "mini" restaurant. Ive been to other locations around the state, and many have the same issue, many do not. As with all Fast food. I would really hope that corporate really lays down the hammer, because Pizza hut is a childhood favorite I hate to see being disrespected by the very people who run the building. What they need is motivation, discipline, and possibly better training. Atleast this would be a good start in the right direction. This was another full honest review. You can find my channel for more info on my reviews with other food industries on YouTube, and instagram. Thank you again. Have a blessed day everyone.

(If you made it this far - The next time you visit any select Pizza Hut location, try to have them combine the Cajun spice packet, with the lemon pepper spice packet on your next order of fries for an absolutely amazing, addictive flavor combo)

Tyleena (hopefully that’s spelled right) has to be the best waitress I’ve had in YEARS! Many many years! She is such a wonderful person and I hope she’s being compensated well! She was such a sweetheart! Always attentive and fantastic with my 3 year old, I can’t use enough words to describe how terrific this woman was! If I owned this place I would make sure to never lose this gem!

Service was not great, not the staff themselves, but it seemed they were understaffed or what was going on. There were eight of us, we were the only ones when we went in. One guy made sure to get us our drinks, he was great but was shift shortly after that. When our food was brought, mine was the only thing missing another table that came after us got all of their appetizers and two large pizzas long before my small pizza was done. The floor under our table had not been swept for what seemed like a while by the amount of debris.

Food is good here, not hot when it comes but usually still good. Service is 50/50. Occasionally it's good but like the last time we went, there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant and it still took well over an hour to get our food. Then when it finally did come, they never gave us silverware and we had to ask for it multiple times before they gave it to us. My pasta came cold and watery. However, whoever the young man is who helps I'm the drive thru, is very nice and helpful.
