I hate leaving bad reviews yet customer service has gone to hell at so many places and yet they still expect a tip. Here we were greeted as we came in the door and told to seat ourselves. We found a booth got comfortable and waited. The place was clean and there was only one other group at a table. We waited and still no one even came to get our drink order or give us menus. Finally we walked out and as we were leaving we were thanked. For what I don't know.

Hadn't had pizza hut in a super long time (like a year) decided to have it first time in a long time and every thing I ordered was perfect!!!!!
Cpl weeks ago figured eh sounds good again and it was mostly perfect wanted cheese garlic sticks and ended up with some weird bread lol not mad over it. It was still good but that's my reasoning for the 4 stars. Would recommend there doing pretty good these days ❤️

I understand pizza hut gets busy. I wait over an hour and a half. While tracking the pizza during the process. About 6 minutes before delivery, my pizza tracker said my pizza was in the oven. About 3 minutes later pizza tracker said my HOT pizza was on the way. I received a cold pizza, and cold Cinnabon order. I call the phone number, got a call center with no help. Just terrible

Went there for lunch. Normally I don’t go here, because there’s a waitress that’s really slow and talks very loudly about her personal life, and the stores usually a mess and takes forever to get out. But today I was feeling the Pizza, and I’m so glad I decided to go. There’s a new waitress in there named Gabby, and she went above and beyond for my wife and I. She’s very polite, quick with refills and even jumped in the back to help get our food out quicker, and as people left she was quick to clean up the tables. Pizza Hut you’ve got yourself a 5 star from me! Keep up with this new look, and I might just become a regular!

I decided to dine in at Pizza Hut in York, Nebraska. Rare you even see dine in at Pizza Hut anymore, but I was more than pleased with the service. They seemed like they got very busy all at the same time. It didn’t matter. The server. His name was Tristan. He was very helpful, and when he got too busy two other men came to help him. One announced himself as a driver, the other was the manager on duty. The manager said his name was Caleb when I asked. While Tristan was getting our order taken the other two were helping him clean the tables. They also swept underneath each table and ensured it would be clean for the next guest. Caleb was very consistent asking if we needed anything. Tristan was quick to refill our drinks. The driver was quickly grabbing dirty dishes. The food was good, the service was great. My family and I couldn’t quit talking about how great the service was on our 2 hour drive home. Way better than any other Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I’ve ate at this Pizza Hut before, and the manager on duty then was a heavier set older woman. She didn’t do anything. She sat at the bar folding boxes yelling at everyone else to go do her work for her while breaking down crying about how she can’t handle it. I’m glad to see how much this Pizza Hut has improved over the last 6 months. I’ve never left a review before, but this time was worth it.

Didn't they want us to eat there? We always eat here, and the waiter who served us is very rude. And this was the final straw: they wouldn't let us eat there. Dirty, floors dirty, walls and shades food all over them. Pizza had a wet towel musty taste. I didn’t want to drink my soda because I was worried the glass wasn’t cleaned properly.

Hand tossed pizza was undercooked. We asked for red onion and got white or yellow onion instead. Woke up with a stomach ache. Told it would be over an hour and was delivered in 40 minutes, so that was nice. Delivery person was nice, as well. Medium pizza and small breadsticks with Delivery was 36.00 which I thought was high.
