Asked for a large fringe and they gave a medium that wasn't even cooked. Asked multiple times for ranch on both adult meals and both children's meals but only got one ranch. There were no cars in front of me either.

Went with friends the Saturday about 1 pm , we used the drive thru, big mistake. Actually the 1st mistake was going there. We gave our orders to the idiot 3 times bcos he couldn't get it right. Then when we got to the window, he had trouble cashing us out. Then I just wanted ketchup and cheese on my #6 meal, when we finally got our order 10 minutes later, the had everything but the kitchen sink on my burger. Like I said I will NEVER eat there again.

At this location on the north side of York, Nebraska, on Sunday, April 21st, at 3:30 PM, the food was 'greasy and soggy. The runza bread was doughy and watery. Are they just killing them in a microwave? The hamburger was drowned in ketchup and mustard. The fries were very greasy. The staff insulted my wife by telling her she looked like a senior citizen. Made a tired woman feel even worse. Try being more tactful. As for the drowned burger, tried to take it back to the counter and there was nobody visible. Stood there for 5 minutes and nobody saw. Finally hollered loudly and got someone. Where were you people? Replacement burger was ok. It used to be that Runza hamburgers were always very good and the runzas and fries also. But this appears to be a problem with the attitude and possibly the training of employees. Management needs to pay better attention. This was substandard.

Everything is & remains to be over salted.After several different visits and different menu items, the food continues so salty.Runzas, Frings (both items) chili, burgers.Everything we have ordered.

This place used to be so good. Over the last six months to a year it's really gone downhill. The food is pretty close to the same quality, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When going though drive thru, getting cut off while ordering and having to try and get their attention to order more food is a normal occurrence. Take the time to check for any sauces you ordered because you can order them, ask them if they included them and they will tell you yes, then you get home and realize they aren't actually there. Also the high school kids shoving and pushing each other while "horsing around" was interesting to watch. Can definitely tell there's no supervision there.

Was there at 5:30p.m. service very slow they would come out front to talk to customers. Kitchen help no rubber gloves and eating food. Young customers or friends in talk and mess around even went to kitchen and talk to others all help busy laughing and carrying on. If a manager was there they acted same way. Our cinnamon rolls were burnt. Always liked north runza but will not go back and won't recommend it.
