Not sure how subway is supposed to make money and be open from 12-10pm if there doors are locked. My husband went there at 2:30 so he could get something to eat and people were in there but the door was locked. The place goes down hill real quick

Got 2 sandwiches tonight and I opened mine and was greeted by this and yes it was alive?? there was also a dead one COOKED on the bread I'm absolutely disgusted.!!! I hope something is done about this.!

The days of 5 dollar footlongs are long gone, so save yourself the headache of poorly made sandwiches that are overpriced and head to Jimmy John's. The quality and taste are worth the price here.

Person working continuously wiper her nose on her shirt kept just talking to people hanging out in the store while my order still hadn’t been prepared. Was suppose to be ready at 7:40pm didn’t get my sandwiches until a little after 8:10pm. I placed the order at 7pm. Not to mention she had grabbed multiple receipts and other none food products without changing her gloves. Staff definitely needs retraining. Food was not anything special most of the ingredients tasted old on the sandwich not worth the money at this location will not be returning

I can’t even fathom how they’re still open. No pretzels ready, after we paid for them, then were told to come back tomorrow to get them. And we tipped for that!

The food has gone beyond downhill. And what was the point of taking away shredded mozzarella, that was used for pizzas, when you offer pizza with toppings, you don’t get cheese on top? But have fresh mozzarella. The pizza looks like it was made by a toddler. Do better subway.

The manager is a nightmare. He is insanely rude to almost every customer he encounters every damn time we are in the store. Very, very hostile environment. They need to get rid of him and find someone who can give basic respect.
Food is good most of the time but can be hit or miss. The young woman running the register today was very polite. I feel bad for the good employees stuck working under that man.

The current store manager is very rude and unprofessional. Today there was an elderly Gentleman trying to order a sandwhich and seemed confused about options and hard of hearing. The store manager (short dark hair, glasses) yelled at him with an attitude about what sandwhiches he had to choose with bacon on them. "He then screamed, Come on man!" Mind you this customer was not rude, demanding and there was no line. Not that a line would have excused this mistreatment. I will also be filing a complaint with cooperate as this is not the first time that I have seen this managet behave unprofessionally.

The manager here makes me nervous to even go here. (Man, Dark hair, glasses, rude) I once asked for my sandwich and I said American Cheese and also Bacon…he asked me what kind of cheese and I repeated my self and then again i said and also bacon…he said I KNOW (in a rude way)…well if you know then why did you ask me to repeat myself. I’ve heard him yell at another customer saying they need to speak up louder. He then talks to the employees after we are all done and says “imagine having a manager that doesn’t care, that’s how it was before I got here” Flys are flying around everywhere. Today, someone came in to pick up their online order and the lady told her the internet is down and I haven’t had time to fix it yet. So the customer didn’t get her sandwich and they just were rude about it with her. I hate that this is the only Subway in town.

Ordered 3 steak sandwiches I wanted non of them toasted but obviously the meat warmed up 2 sandwiches where nice and warm and one the meat was cold like it just came out the fridge I called amd talked to Angie and she argued with me telling me she made them and they where all warmed. And clearly it wasent and them said. It was made 30 mins ago so thats why it was cold. When the other 2 where nice and warm how does thay make sence when I said I could bring it down there. And she's said there was no point she wasent going to do anything for me horrible experience
