First time I ever stepped foot in here and the lady at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Wasn’t friendly to me when I tried to purchase a 2 lane 2 hour party package for my teenage daughter’s birthday. Couldn’t give me any clear information. Seemed more irritated that I was trying to ask questions. The lounge Bartender is awesome! We have always enjoyed the karaoke in the lounge Ralph did great & will always be missed! They have some pretty awesome singers too. the customers are friendly too. We always have fun here every time we go bowling! We love cosmic bowling & The staff is great!
This place is so great! They have wonderful staff! We just did my daughter 7th birthday with over 20 kids! They did great job in helping with the Alleys, pop and pizza and much more! Kids friendly! Highly recommend
