Lady at the desk was rude and lacked knowledge when asking questions about the establishment and what it offered for parties. She seemed irritated that you were even speaking to her. Made my daughter’s small birthday party with an few of her friends uncomfortable. First and last time I’ll spend any money here. If you’re that unhappy at your job, find another one. I was nice from the moment I stepped in to schedule the party package. Spent over $120 just to get treated like we’re an inconvenience for being there. It costs ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to be nice. Maybe try it sometime?

First time I ever stepped foot in here and the lady at the desk wasn’t very friendly. Wasn’t friendly to me when I tried to purchase a 2 lane 2 hour party package for my teenage daughter’s birthday. Couldn’t give me any clear information. Seemed more irritated that I was trying to ask questions. Didn’t want me to pre pay, so I came back the day of her birthday, and she didn’t want me to pay in advance 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I asked for an estimate of the total so I could leave the money with my daughter to pay afterwards. She struggled to give me an estimate and seemed annoyed that I asked. She was also not so friendly and was snappy with my daughter and her friends. She was rude when 8pm hit and told my daughter they needed to stop bowling immediately cause their time was up. She was rude when they asked her anything, so they didn’t even want to approach her anymore. I thought this would be a fun place for a couple teenagers to celebrate a birthday, but I won’t make that mistake again.

Good place to go if you enjoy bowling or just want to hang out with friends and have a good time. Thursday is an excellent night to go, bowling is only a dollar later in the evening. No complaints on the food or drink

Went there for a birthday party. It's an all right place even though I wasn't happy that they didn't have any Seagram's7 or Vo.
Went for a fun girls night..Employees were rude.. Their updated lanes weren't working and the staff didn't care. Save your money and go to seward.
