I'm not sure if the staff is just really slow, or if people go through the drive-thru ordering buckets of chicken, but it is not unusual to spend half an hour to 40 minutes waiting in the drive up line. This started happening during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has just continued.
The taco bell food is okay most of the time, but I often get stale shells. I'm not sure if the chicken is any good, I don't ever order it.

They tried to tell me credit cards have pin numbers and would not let me use a credit after doing so two days prior. So I left and used my credit card at Freddy's who laughed when I told them. They also accepted my credit card. . .

Buttered Toast
Young red-head boy (maybe his name was Erin / Byrin? ) was so sweet and caring and I really appreciated him. He was so nice when he took my order and was very quick. He gives me hope in the world. I want everyone to tell him he deserves absolutely everything great in the world, wherever you are i love you.
(Genuinely im not joking. This guy was superb! 10/10 will order chicken quesodilla again)

The food was amazing !!! Hot and fresh. The place was clean. The service was great 👍👍 I wish they had cherry pepsi Would recommend and can't wait to go back 😊
Went in and waited for a while for someone to take my order. I ordered a regular number 8 with no lettuce and was charged as a supreme and got it with an abundance of sour cream. The inside was filthy and there were barley any straws or lids.

Food was fine! Lady at the register was so slow, had to keep asking her boss for help, and missed stuff when we ordered. She said she had not been there very long so you have to give them credit for that but I'm not real sure why she was even hired. When we were eating there was a constant buzzing in the equipment above where we sat. (I hate constant repetitive noises)

Dale was absolutely awesome. we came in with four people all with dietary restrictions and he made sure we got exactly what everyone was needing and able to eat. despite being busy and having a few other things going on in the kitchen he still made sure we were taken care of. big ups to dale and whoever was working in the back with him!

We had 2 chicken strip buckets with the fries and mashed potatoe poppers, the chicken strips was horrible they was barely battered , very few French fries, they said they didn't have any ketchup??!! You could see trash all over the floor where they work and very disorganized and need to clean

Service was decent food was ok. Place is so filthy. Bathroom was disgusting tables were not wiped off. Floor is slick soda machine area had soda spilled all over only 5 straws left and a hand full of lids. Service to get are food was very slow. 5 tables waiting before us for their food. Been waiting 20 minutes and just told they are out of fries. Watched 3 families clean their own table to sit down.
