If you want to eat fast food. You would get it faster at a sit down place (or the burger king of wich that is closed). You can also hear some fun new cuss words in the make up. Sat night on Feb 24. Crew sounds fun with the screams of terror being sung in the background @ 20:00, might want to check the mic. It's not a COD lobby. The food tasted like a wet sock. And my thoughts on the chicky sandwich. I didn't know chicken came from the sea. It was horrible.. school food anyone?Note: Put us in the Guinness World record for "fast food" taking the longest at 54 minutes.

It's time consuming to sit at the drive thru and go through your order but if you don't you have to wait in the drive thru AGAIN, nobody is perfect mistake are made but they seem angry about correcting

Was told to leave because I complained that I had waited 30 minutes for a burrito. While waiting the manager shorted a drive thru order. Also flies on the toiletStay away.

Absolutely terrible! Do not come here. We were in the drive thru for over 45 minutes waiting for our order which we never received because we left! If they cannot find staffing then just close it down and save us all the trouble from wasting our time.

Honestly this place has gone downhill so much. Was on my lunch break, they didn't have a line so I stopped, figured it'd be a fairly quick trip through the drive through. Waited about 5-10 mins before someone spoke through the speaker, mind you I'm the only car in line. When they finally answered the speaker the person taking my order kept interrupting me while I was trying to order. Finally got it finished and got to the window and waited ANOTHER 10 mins for them to take payment. Person handed me my food and closed the window before I could ask for any extra sauce. Got back to work, almost all my food was cold and I only work a couple mins away from this location. Only thing hot was my rolled chicken tacos. Something definitely needs to change bc it's just outright terrible at this point.

They took over 30 minutes to get us through the drive thru. But to make it even better it took another 10 minutes for me to get the rest of my order that they forgot. Also the amount of meat in the tacos was to a minimum. Between the meat, cheese, and lettuce the tacos were less than half full. Then the chalupa was cold as it had double the sour cream compared to meat. This is very sad! For those of us who don’t live in York but come in to York just for Taco Bell may as well go to Lincoln for quality Taco Bell. Since we sit in the york drive thru for 20-45 minutes is just a waste. They need to bring in management that actually understands what fast food mean! I looked at the clock while wait for them to fix my order and the orders had been waiting for 30+ minutes. Completely unacceptable

Took over 20 minutes for a Chicken Sandwich & Burrito Bowl at 5:40. They were out of French fries.We threw away the $17 purchase. My sandwich was hard as a rock and the bowl was horrible.Do not waste your time or money.

Each combo was almost $10 or more. They are very short staffed but still keep the dining room open. They basically ignore the counter though. There was a long wait and our order was entered wrong. I got taco supremes with my combo and they were inedible. The shell had an awful taste that overwhelmed everything. I think it was mold, it was very musty tasting. I told a manager that they tasted off and she didn't seem to care or believe me. I ditched the shell and ate the filling which tasted normal.

Got the order right and the food was good, but I waited 25 minutes in the drive through to get my order, there were 3 cars ahead of me that didn't have big orders.
