Got fresh oles for the first time in awhile about 3/10 visits they are fresh.

Never again! Placed a mobile order and waited in the Drive-Thru line for over half an hour. When I pulled up there were only four cars in front of me. Then my food was cold and potato oles tasted weird. Plus even though they have hats on, anyone with long hair should have their hair pulled back in a restaurant. And the kid who gave me my food at the window had gloves on handling all the money, bagging up food, and rubbing his face all at the same time with the same gloves.

Front doors locked, no signs indicating it. Was told they were short staffed, which happens and is understandable (maybe would result in fresh, hot food??) After paying and waiting a little bit we were told we needed to pay an extra $1 and change because an entree ordered as steak was entered as chicken. Paid that. Waited again, and got food eventually. Not an unbearable wait especially after being told it would be a little bit longer. Lady was very kind at the drive thru window. The tacos we received (pictured) were a MESS.. way too much sauce, dry chicken, warm at best. The ole’s were pretty warm, cup of cheese was unfortunately the only part of the meal that was completely satisfactory. Kearney Taco John’s is the best I’ve ever had. This location is among the worst.

I walked in and it was pretty empty. They handled money and other utensils with the same gloves they touched the food with. We could hear the employees fighting verbally and threatening to hit one another. Someone threw something I think a bag of something at an employee. When our food came it smelled like cigarette smoke, and the cups we were given had ants in them. We ended up leaving without even trying to get a refund and went over to Jimmy John's. Steer clear

The employees of this establishment close the restaurant before the stated hours. Just go somewhere else. They don’t want your business.

Just stopped by at 8:21 p.m. and the lobby says it closes at 9. There are people inside eating. All the doors to the lobby are locked. Went across the street to dairy queen and they were happy to serve us till 10:00 p.m.

Haven't ate at the York restaurant in over 3 years. Some things never change. Soggy potato oles, grilled items that are barely even browned, forgotten items, and the hard shell on the taco was very stale. If you want Taco John's, please do not let the York location be your first time.

One of the workers was wearing pajamas, they all were wearing gloves, but not changing them after touching everything, so kind of defeats the purpose. They’ll touch anything and everything and hand you money wearing the same gloves they prepare your food with. Just change gloves between activities and wear pants that aren’t highly flammable, it’s not safe. Just be more sanitary, hospital bills are expensive.
