The nicest people work here! We were traveling from out of state and pulled over here and our truck caught on FIRE! We ran inside and they gave us their extinguishers and saved our truck while waiting for emergency services. Thank you!

The York Wendy’s is AMAZING!! We were at an event in Lincoln and left late but didn’t wanna get food there because of the crowd. I placed a mobile order for Wendy’s and my order said it didn’t go through but my credit card was charged. I called Wendy’s and said that we’d be rolling through the drive-through at 11:55 PM and I knew they closed at midnight. Also, I wanted to double check because my mobile order said it didn’t go through. The nicest kindest person answered the phone and said she could see the mobile order and that they would have it ready for us. Her shining face when we arrived at the drive-through was spectacular. They had our food ready to go and she was so happy and nice and they were about to close. I wish every experience could be like the one we had with them. We will be patrons going forward because of her. I’m pretty sure her name was AJ. But I feel terrible because I don’t remember for sure.

York location is one of the few Wendys left that keeps a clean restaurant and makes good food. Because of this, they are hopelessly mobbed 😆. Crowded, line backs up to the door and drive through line wraps all the way around the building. But it's an old-school-80s-good Wendy's, so, quit yer whinin' and get in line 🤣. That Baconator is worth it (especially if you add lettuce/tomato/onion). Wash it down with a Frosty, their ice cream machine actually works!

The toilet paper holder fell off and hit my hand and now I'm all red and black and blue. The staff didn't seem to care about it

We had a large order and they had it out very quickly and it was correct. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 was the fries were stale and cold. The rear of the food was wonderful!
