I knew better not to come here but I still did considering it had been over a year since I've been to this location. I got two things, 2 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and a cereal n milk latte. The bacon was not cooked which is super dangerous for me being pregnant. The latte was terrible, which im not sure how you mess up a latte when everything it pre-measured, I had to have it remade in hooksett.

Employees are so nice I go here all the time because it’s the only Dunkin with consistently good food, drinks, and service. They’re also very efficient and get orders in an out quick.

I left the line because I heard your employees talking to someone in front of me at the drive thru speaker being extremely rude to the people, telling them they need to leave the line. I also heard the girl in the car say she spent her points on the coffee and that you guys refused her. I don’t want that happening to me so I am going to a different Dunkin’s myself. If this is how you guys do business I’m not surprised why she was upset. I don’t think that’s very tasteful. And after that I won’t be returning either. There are plently of dunkins around us. People deserve to be treated with respect regardless so that’s why I am putting a bad review today.

Remade my coffee three times this morning with arguments from management stating there's nothing wrong with it everytime I come there somthing is wrong it's not a hard order and we order it everymorningvat the same time so why is this so hard for them to get right whoever is running this store has poor leadership and treats the customers like we are animals im all set with this store iv spent well over $10,000 at this store for the past two years and this is how they treat there best customers over coming here again rant over

I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when i went to grab my order, noticed that the staff made a small mistake. On the app, I put NO cheese under the loaded hashbrowns, but they still added cheese. I understand that sometimes it can get busy and in the moment, you don't pay full attention to what is on the order, but I think it pays off to slow down just a tad and reread what is on the slip you're reading off of. there was another time I ordered a frozen triple mocha coffee and the staff didn't know that it existed. I find that a little strange considering that the frozen coffee was also on the app at the time I had ordered it

Every morning I usually get my coffee Large cold Brew 7 mocha 5 cream 3 liquid sugar and lately they have not been putting the proper amount of mocha to which I order and makes my coffee taste like crap please do better Allenstown Dunkin’s

The assistant manager is very rude… she’s an older women … I go in there every day to order the same coffee they always mess it up I feel like the employees that work there are very miserable with there life always have a attitude towards everybody… I think the manager need to stop hiring people who can’t work food service… or have any patience
