The assistant manager is very rude… she’s an older women … I go in there every day to order the same coffee they always mess it up I feel like the employees that work there are very miserable with there life always have a attitude towards everybody… I think the manager need to stop hiring people who can’t work food service… or have any patience

We all know it’s hard to find a dunks that will get your coffee right all the time but I may have found the GEM .. I’m almost scared to share the review lol!! They haven’t gotten my coffee order wrong once, OR ANY part of my orders incorrect since I started going there after moving to town last year. For reference, I typically order 7a-8a, on the go, for drive thru pickup, and have NEVER had to experience a long car line or my order not ready. (*even if it was placed prior to me pulling in the drive thru.. not that I advise you should always try to give them a few minutes!) It’s refreshing to be greeted by exceptional staff! Always smiling and happy never forgetting to wish you a great day! It’s a great way to start the day! A perfect coffee, perfect service, matched with a smile!! Thanks Dunkin’s in Allenstown!

Edward was GREAT! Good attitude and pleasant to deal with. Edward was the only employee & handled it well, dealing with drive thru & in side guests. There should really be two people but Edward did well. Thank you for having him ?????

Need a coffee THAT bad? Leave earlier.
Some employees are new, some are teens working their first job, some are Moms, some have learning disabilities, some have mental health issues. You don't know what the people on the other side of the counter are dealing with. Just like they don't know what you are dealing with.
