I ordered breakfast on the app this morning and when i went to grab my order, noticed that the staff made a small mistake. On the app, I put NO cheese under the loaded hashbrowns, but they still added cheese. I understand that sometimes it can get busy and in the moment, you don't pay full attention to what is on the order, but I think it pays off to slow down just a tad and reread what is on the slip you're reading off of. there was another time I ordered a frozen triple...
