Just went through the drive-thru and when I said thank you to the young lady working, she completely ignored me. I said it again, kindly, and all she could muster as a nod. Please teach these rude customer service personnel how to properly engage with customers. I was very upset with this.
This Dunkin is Great all the way around. Great employees, great coffee and great expedient service.

Went to there because it’s closed to lake, waited 10 minutes and didn’t get served, the staff did see me, I just left without order anything, checked the line of drive-thru, it is not busy at all. Won’t go there again, such bad service.

I don’t know what was going on 8/25/24 but I was one of the two people there and it wasn’t even busy I don’t know how if they got slammed with mobile orders but I sat in the drive through forever and then on top of that I got a frozen coffee and it’s more ice than liquid very lame I was looking forward to that
