carson from the mcdonald’s is AMAZING. not only was he quick and snappy, he came at my beck and call for ketchup. after about 30 seconds of waiting (probably a record) this awesome kid came back to the curbside spot and handed me fistfuls of ketchup. I’ve personally never seen a better employee. You’re doing great Carson! Best mcys experience i’ve had in YEARS!!!!!!

Where to begin. Just got a quarter pounder meal with bacon and no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. I had cheese on the burger and had to throw it out but thankfully I can enjoy my cold fries! Also having customers park right next to the drive thru to wait for there food is almost impossible, please start using the ones closest to the exit, you are not able to get into spot 5 from the drive thru lane with cars behind you.

Was okay. The food was not fresh. I usually like this restaurant, but was a little disappointed today. Revised 2/10/25: Much improved all the way around. Very happy to come here when in the area.

we got assaulted by the workers and they spat in the food in front of our faces. i am so serious i literally have videos of it. worker girl is vaping at the casheir station in front of my two kids. unbelievable.

Hash browns were very undercooked, mcgriddle and eggs were cold...not even room temp, the bacon was so over done from sitting so long it was like trying to chew plastic. Unfortunately I had already driven away and did not have the time to go back. Worst part is, they were not busy and the food took almost 10 minutes with only a couple drive thru customers and 1 customer inside who was already waiting when I got there. No receipts printing at the kiosks as usual for pretty much every store I go to and when I tried to get the workers attention behind the counter, she picked up her phone and looked at it and walked out back. I know I spoke load enough for her to hear me.
This has to be the worst McDonald's anywhere. It's mismanaged, the food quality is horrible. For some reason the hamburger buns are as hard as a rock often. The staff is always mad and or upset. After waiting 20 plus mins for a mobile order I went in and was yelled at by the manager like it was my fault for going in to the counter to ask where my food was. There was 1 person inside and 1 car in the drive thru and they were still lost trying to figure out the 10 plus bags of food that was on the counter with no customers waiting for it. Finally got my cold food after 30 mins that had been sitting there waiting. McDonald's corporate needs to close this place down.

Chicken sandwich meal. Bad enough i was given half an order fries but the chicken sandwich was old, dry and tough. Lobby was dirty. Mcdonalds has gone to crap. So sad.
