quiet stretch of the river, was a great place to teach children (7 and 9) to kayak - lots of turns and bends in nearly still water. Owner was helpfully and suggested a good trip for distance and a spot to break.
My bf and I rented Kayaks for the day and it was my first time. I honestly did not like it because it felt too claustrophobic for me. We didn't ask for any money back, as we had used the Kayaks, but she gave us half of our $$$ anyways. She was very accommodating and I would refer anyone looking to this place.
Great kayaking, beautiful scenery and the Deli is now an adorable cottage for rent. Check it out!!!
Good sandwiches, nice selection. Staff is friendly. Only complaint is the hours to short and I assume due to shortage in employees
We’re here on vacation, and friends recommended this place. We were not disappointed! The food is great, the staff are really friendly, and it’s a beautiful place. Thank you! ?
A fairly ordinary experience though a nice outside setting (lots of traffic noise). I had the "special" which was corned beef on rye with cheese. I believe that a bit more thought on this "special" might have actually produced that result. A corned beef sandwich ought to have a good Swiss cheese but it certainly seemed that what was in the sandwich was American cheese. I asked for honey mustard but if any made it to the sandwich it wasn't detectable. It's the first time I've eaten here but not sure I would choose it again.
I was beyond impressed with this little shop! My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back from a small vacation. There was plenty of seating outside. We ordered our breakfasts which was quickly made and brought out. The staff was very friendly and had smiles on their faces throughout the entire time we were there. I highly recommend stopping here, even just for the food!
Did kayaking and ate here.Kayaking in the lake was peaceful and fun.The organic eatery had plenty of space for outdoor eating, vegan and vegetarian foods. The ice cream is really good! I got the vegan burrito wrap which was super yummy. They had a bunch of refreshments too and the kids played basketball while waiting for their food. Such a cute place and definitely a gem! Everyone is so sweet.
Came about a month ago with a girlfriend she ordered a panini and recurved white bread sandwich..I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my chicken was raw and cold my boyfriend was happy with his roast beef I am sad because I want to love it here.I know there young kids working and I still tipped well.. beautiful place just wish the food was good and worth the $$
$25.00 per person for a kayak, paddle and life vest for the day.....awesome deal!!! The owner is very nice too!!

Excellent place. Look forward to going there again.
Absolutely love this place. The only coffee I can drink without getting an upset stomach (Nitro brew with oat milk). We love their coffee flavors so much better than the chain coffee shops too.
Super friendly staff, gorgeous picnic area, great coffee, and an amazing vegan breakfast burrito!!!
Recently moved to the area from New York where there is plenty of great places to eat but this is my new favorite place. The food is great atmosphere is fun and inviting. This will definitely the place I bring all my out of state visitors.
I’m addicted to hand pies now. They are so delicious and the perfect breakfast for me. Whether at home or taking it on the run…they’re the perfect amount of food and go hand in hand with an iced cold brew!
