I was driving by Stillwell's and saw their sign from the main road as I was craving ice cream after an awesome hike for the day on Mount Major. I pulled into the parking lot area in front of Stillwells. First time here so wasn't sure on what I would be getting or what they even had to offer. They have a really cute open wooden shed-like area with a counter you stand at to give your order. There are a few picnic tables available as well. Well guess what they had my favorite...
I am so excited to find Richardson ice cream up here in NH I loved it in MA at Skinners sugar house in EB and I have missed Bubble Gum ice cream so so much and here it is in Alton Bay !!!

After a hike on the Mt. Major trail, we were in desperate need of some ice cream, and this was the closest spot nearby. We headed straight there and were pleased to find plenty of parking and tables with a view of the lake and bay.
