I cannot think of anything better than eating a warm roast beef sandwich with special sauce, some cheese, and a tad of mayo.
Actually, I can.....eating a warm roast beef sandwich with special sauce, some cheese, and a tad of mayo while sitting under a stunning fireworks display, while also having my feet massaged by the local Fire Marshall who keeps reassuring me there is no fire ban in effect.

Best super beef in town. James River Creek BBQ delightful.
Amazing Tornado! Classic roast beef with a twist...rosemary fries in the sandwich. Onion roll horseradish sauce made for a treat. I definitely will be back!

Great place to eat. You won’t be disappointed. The roast beef is amazing. Always cooked to perfection and they’re not stingy with the amount they put on your sandwich. Amazingly their haddock fish sandwich is the BEST in the state of New Hampshire. Even though it is not near the ocean the haddock is ALEAYS FRESH. I have tried others all over the state including Maine(kind of my thing) and this best is hands down THE BEST. The only one that compares is Petey’s in Rye NH. Stay away from The Cliff House in York Maine. I had to return my fish sandwich because it was that bad. They must have refried and old fish sandwich that was in the freezer.

If you love a roast beef sandwich from the north shore this place can compete. Recently got the lobster roll and I was impressed with how much meat came in it! Very good place. Nice outdoor seating.

Roast beef is great. But…they don’t do drink refills. Which for as much as they charge for a “meal” is ridiculous. I hate to be that person, but there’s plenty of other places I can give my money to that actually take care of customers.
