Well I'm up in NH helping with my inlaws and every morning have been going to the dunkin in milford. I order Unsweetened green tea iced and a turkey wakeup wrap no egg with pepper bacon because I'm allergic to egg and every day I have to come back and give it to them because they put the flipping egg on it and they take the order correctly but who ever is making the food either doesn't care or they can't read but either way they are going to severely hurt someone if they don't get thier act together.

I would like to give this Dunks no damn stars if I could. This location is open 24hrs and is not even 2 miles from the post office where we work and come out at the hours of 1am to 4am for food and this place NEVER has food to serve. Friends went tonight around 12:30 am again this location is 24hrs, nobody wants just drinks at that hour and she had nothing to serve at 12:30am SMH!!! Awful just awful!! I wouldn't recommend to any1 at my job to go here for their quick bite at 1am I'll recommend Cumberland Farms although I don't favor them either but atleast they serve food 24hrs!

Service is AWFUL. doesn’t even deserve one star tbh. I worked at dunkin’s for a few years at a different location and my coworkers NEVER acted like the way she has. My friends used to work at this dunks like 2 years ago and it was a great place. i’m not sure if the lady we have problems with is new but I never had a experience like I have with her. We tend to go there around 8 pm-12 am some nights but that’s because it’s one of the only 24 hours in our area. Not even my worst customers in my food service jobs and retail was this insane and those are CUSTOMERS at dunks who have a bad rep for being crazy over their coffee which most dunks the employees are dealing with a lot but they still put on a smile and act respectful . Bagels either come out burnt or not even cooked and it’s ALWAYS when the bigger girl & she’s a bit older (no hate but that’s the only way i can refer to her). The only way I can get the food I want is by ordering mobile order because otherwise she will lie and say they don’t have it when you can visibly see the item i requested. A lot of workers there are nice but this woman who I truly hope gets the customer service training she so clearly needs because freaking out over a refresher and bagel is insane to me. I’ve just never had to deal with this and we are always nice and me and my friend went there again today and of course my friends hash browns weren’t even cooked. Lied about prices with hashbrowns and snackin bacon. I decided to only do a review because going to the owners seem so extreme but honestly if this happens again I will contact the owners because I know from working at my old dunkin’s owners do not tolerate this. It sucks having to work in fast food all day I know but you don’t take that out on the customer. Even when the customer is being rude. Unless you wanna potienally lose your job. I really hope it gets better at this dunkin because it used to be such a great dunkin until this cranky lady decides “I hate you for wanting food and I’m gonna lie about what products I have because I’m a miserable person who decides to take out hate on the customers.” No wonder dunkin workers never get tipped because they have bad reputations due to employees like her.

Went to grab some quick food and ordered a $6 meal with coffee, sandwich, hash and I added a donut. Silent curly hair girl behind the counter not asking any questions. Weird but hey nothing surprises me anymore. Went to pay and it was $5 something. I asked the curly hair silent girl if she ordered the $6 meal and she said “you didn’t order that”. I am pretty sure I did because that’s the only reason I stopped at Dunkin, what else would I order? The correct way to answer a customer would have been “I’m so sorry I didn’t hear that, let me correct the order for you” instead of “you didn’t order that” with an attitude. Pretty sure some of these youngsters need a whole lot more training, in the job and in life.
