We were scheduled for high tea on July 20th, and just received a text saying it was cancelled with no explanation. When I called the shop they said they were moving and didn't know when they'd be operational again. I'd expect someone who served a proper high tea would have the manners and etiquette to send an email, text, or call with an explanation. We're very dissapointed, but simultaneously relieved if this is indicative of the services provided.

I took my Mom here for Mother's day and we had a great time. We had high tea, which offers you a lot of food. Very delicious and well made. I don't normally like tea but I very much enjoyed their strawberry kiwi tea! The atmosphere and vibe is great here. They were understaffed that day but we still very professional and helpful. We will come again for a fun thing to do.

Booked a high tea for my husband and I as his birthday celebration. What a wonderful Tea...food, atmosphere, and service did not disappoint. They were also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions with advance notice. I wholeheartedly recommend a High experience at Etagere!

Awesome place. Must make reservation. This is a great experience, lovely shop. Food & tea excellent! Also ordered hot coffee & iced latte to go, excellent! I watched a couple with their young daughter making wonderful memories by enjoying a tea party! Atmosphere is awesome. Hosts are so nice and the tray of food, Amazing !! You get your own table and just chill out ! I made new memories with my 2 nieces and great niece about to turn 1years old !

Cute place I got the Groupon deal for a foot soak, foot massage and eye treatment. They skipped the eye treatment, I had to ask prior to leaving which we then left with the eye treatment as a to go gift. Not what I expected but still great service and staff.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to find this place.. I was looking for a tea room and this is so much more than I could've hoped for. They have a very large selection of drinks, including coffee & hot chocolate if you don't like tea.You can book for low tea or high tea and also be accompanied by snacks & the like.They also have salon services! You can get your hands or toes done, a facial etc.AND IF THAT WASNT ENOUGH- they are also an antique shop! You're surrounded by literal gems of history and even drink out of some. The music, the vibes, the service and of course the artisan tea.... a MUST VISIT for sure.
This store is unlike any I've ever gone into. I love the tea and tasty goodies. The atmosphere and unique decor are an eye-explosion! You just can't see it all! The coffees and teas are very good. My favorite is the Berry tea, hot or iced. The dessert case is fantastic! With everything made in-house, it's a fancy bakery too. Now I know they also have a Spa in-house too and offer a lot of services but I haven't visited for that. But it's very popular and always busy. The staff and owner are all very nice and helpful. Very generous with their time helping you. It's worth the trip to visit. It's an experience!

Tea, food and service were great! I love the vintage decor and aesthetic. The staff were super friendly and attentive.They were accommodating to vegetarians (call ahead!) Me and my partner had low tea there for our monthly date. I recommend you try it out if you're thinking about it-- support your local businesses!!
