Frederick’s Pastries were amazing to work with through and through. The staff were super friendly, and all of the cakes we tried during our tasting were delicious. They created a picture perfect cake for our wedding, it was designed perfectly ! We will return to this bakery for their other tasty pastries on site. They are beyond delicious ! Thank you Susan!

It was a last minute Christmas eve purchase. I went in for a cheese cake but none were left. So I bought 4 Linsor cookies, 4 macaroons, and a plate of Christmas cookies...all to die for. I also bought 5 cupcakes and 6 cheese cake cups. The frosting on all was too sweet, the cake was dry, and the cheese cake was almost nonexistent. I tasted both the carrot and gingerbread(seasonal flavor) both were terrible. I sent them home with my grandkids. They had been refrigerated for less than 24 hours.

For years (literally years) I was told giving my phone number would let us get a free piece of cake on my daughter's birthday. I finally went to use it, and my account suddenly didn't exist. I was embarrassed and confused. Luckily my daughter wasn't there to see she'd been lied to. It's unclear now what the point of giving them my data was.

words can’t even describe how terrible the costumer service was, we have gotten countless cakes from fredrick’s and they have turned out amazing, my cake wasn’t exactly what i asked for but when we called to fix it, the manager only cared about her social media appearance, saying things like if we hadn’t left a review she would have fixed our cake. we have always loved fredrick’s but this is just disappointing. i made a model of the cake i wanted on a website to make it easier for the baker to make. Usually fredrick’s calls while they are making the cake to ask questions but this just looks like they didn’t wanna do that so they just slapped it together. only under one expectation would i go back to fredrick’s, if they fixed their costumer service. I personally work in costumer service and i would never treat a costumer the way that fredrick’s treated me and my family. the manager had a temper while we stayed calm on the phone. after a while of her arguing with us she told us to get the cake fixed, but we didn’t bother showing up because we didn’t want to be treated that way again. My family always has a calm temper on the phone, asking for something to be fixed, but straight off the bat this manager was angry as if she personally offended by an honest and not at all rude email and review

This looks like a rushed job
I have ordered many cakes from your bakery from giraffes to hand dryers to Snoopy and more. I have never seen a poor job like this.
