Frederick's Pastries made my wedding cake & cupcakes - I couldn't be happier with the service they provided or the quality of the desserts! From our first tasting to picking up the desserts they were very helpful and communicative. When my bridesmaid forgot the cake topper at pick-up, their staff went out of their way to contact her and then drive to meet her with the product. I am so grateful! Must be the most decorated bakery in all of New England with how many awards they have. I bought a white almond cake as a birthday cake. It might just be the most delicious cake I've ever had in my life. The service was excellent. I enjoyed watching the pastry chefs hard at work behind the counter.

No stars!!! My 1st & 2nd cake both sucked & I was a new customer last summer. The 1st cake was like sawdust, it tasted terrible & it was a flop at my wife’s birthday party, after I raved that I heard it was the best bakery around., That cake was a disaster!!, I called & complained & they gave me a half ass excuse., 2nd cake awful too !!, no flavor , tasted stale , frosting was hard., just a complete rip off!!, never again, never again, never again !!, maybe the people around here think shitty cakes are in or something. Anywhere else would be an improvement. These people don’t know anything about baking that’s for sure.

It was a last minute Christmas eve purchase. I went in for a cheese cake but none were left. So I bought 4 Linsor cookies, 4 macaroons, and a plate of Christmas cookies...all to die for. I also bought 5 cupcakes and 6 cheese cake cups. The frosting on all was too sweet, the cake was dry, and the cheese cake was almost nonexistent. I tasted both the carrot and gingerbread(seasonal flavor) both were terrible. I sent them home with my grandkids. They had been refrigerated for less than 24 hours.

For years (literally years) I was told giving my phone number would let us get a free piece of cake on my daughter's birthday. I finally went to use it, and my account suddenly didn't exist. I was embarrassed and confused. Luckily my daughter wasn't there to see she'd been lied to. It's unclear now what the point of giving them my data was.
