Joey's Diner is now Maryanne's Diner when we went in April. The food was good, place was very crowded, but it was pricey.

Very happy with the atmosphere the service and the food. Convenient access to its location and with ample parking. Most impressed with the wait staff which was very courteous. I will definitely be a return customer when I’m back in town.

Spotted the diner sign while looking for a quick lunch. At first I was discouraged by the large number of cars in the lot, but I quickly realized this was not a small dining car and could handle a lot of people. We got through our meal just fine with prompt service on a Saturday."Authentic" New England diner this is not, it's all repro decor, but it will win you over with it's relentless pursuit of the 50s drive-in aesthetic. Food was great and reasonably priced, and the coffee was fresh and a nice reliable "Donut Shop" kind of blend. Will be back!

Super cool spot, great atmosphere and very friendly staff.Grabbed a BEC on a roll and home fries to go, should have asked for double egg as it was a light sandwich - I’ll know for next time.

We stopped in on a Friday night about 5pm. Upon entering, a waitress was at the front counter for a solid 5 minutes, she said nothing, didn't look up from the register, no acknowledgment at all.She walked away and a minute later a host greeted us, the waitress that ignored us ... she was our waitress, and she didn't seem to care.Food was ok, it's what you would expect of a diner, that's not the issue, the issue was the overall lack of care.Atmosphere is fun, retro diner style, cool talking pieces and an old school phone booth out front for photos and giggles.I get it. It's Friday. It's been a long week, but hey, a little smile goes a long way.She seemed bothered taking our main meal order, when we asked for a refill and then if we could see the dessert options she heavy sighed.Might think twice coming back if we were in the area.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, fun things to look at and talk about. Car bench in the front and old fashioned phone booth.

I was looking for a great breakfast, and Joey’s delivered! Yes, it is painfully popular, so there was definitely a wait late on a Sunday morning. Curiously, it was less crowded by noon. Can’t figure why?I had my favorite omelette - a la carte fillings. It was cooked very well. The home fries were done well. I asked for them to be crispy. They could have been crispier… Grilled English muffin was brilliant. My daughter got a Reuben which was really good (I stole a bite!) And she raves about the French fries. As always, I got an iced tea, and it was good. The restaurant is decorated as a 50s diner w lots of chrome. Fun stuff. The wait staff was attentive. And, importantly, the estimated wait time (15+ mins) was spot on. There were a few interesting items I’d like to try on future visits!

I was looking to kill a couple of hours and this was the only diner in the area that was open. It was a Monday and the huge place was practically empty aside from a couple tables of seniors enjoying conversation and breakfast. I was seated promptly. The place is well-lit, very clean with lively music playing. The service was very prompt and friendly and the food was good. A good choice if on this side of town.

I have not a single complaint about Joey's diner I have gone 15+ times and loved everything I have tried. The service is second to none as it is always quick convenient and friendly all around. The only complaint I have is that due to the quite stylish exterior plating you get minimal reception, however I do not perceive this as unintentional as the diner (from my perspective) is trying to take you back to the days where families were closer without technology. Bravo!

Excellent dinner for breakfast and lunch both. We went with a large group and ordered off both parts of the menu, which has a good variety of choices. Everyone was very happy with the good. The fried things were not greasy. The eggs were exactly as ordered. They handled the chowder with expertise. The veggies were fresh and crisp.Everything was clean with chrome and neon. There's even a full sized (disconnected) phone booth just inside the door to complete the 1950's feeling.

This is the All-American diner. Two things, they were not running a Veteran's Day special for veterans. They were up front about it, but it would have been nice, whether food costs are up or not.I like going here, the service is top notch and the food is excellent Americana.

Very cute 50s themed diner. They have floats, as well as an extensive breakfast and dinner menu. Took Dad here for breakfast and it was delicious. They are short on help but they're making it work and our waitress was attentive and friendly despite all the running around she was doing. Will return, highly recommended

Parking: Lots of convenient free parking

Fabulous breakfast!! Best in the area, customer service is a touch behind the food. Though they are short staffed which which can frazzle anyone. On the whole it is a great place to go, the dollars to food ratio is right on the money, and over the years it has remained one of the family favorites! Thank You Joey’s Diner!!!
