They will absolutely forget 3/4 of your order and then yell at you when you call. The worst food quality and customer service I've ever dealt with. The manager is CLEARLY afraid of his team. He allowed them to scream things out while talking to me on the phone. He even blamed the doordash delivery driver and accused them of stealing the order. Embarrassing on their part. Disgusting.

I never leave reviews but I needed to on this one. I ordered takeout here. We got the regular chicken sandwich which was okay. I also order a 4 or 5 piece chicken and got two drinks plus paid extra for several sauces. They forgot our drinks and the sauces we paid for. The chicken was the worst. It was extremely dry and the wing piece they included was like 1/4 of an inch big. The fries were waaaayyyy too salty and I like my fries saltier usually. Overall I would never go back to this location it was all around very bad

Zero stars!, We went there last night, the staff was goofing off, there were like 13 people in the kitchen, the manager looked frazzled but acted like it was his first day at work., The restaurant was a mess, looked like a bomb went off., Employees playing laughing doing nothing, the chicken was cold , no biscuits, when we got them, they were the only thing hot, the fries were old & cold. We ordered 2, 5 pc tenders meals with 2 sides & they were completely garbage. The only thing that was good was the coleslaw & that was probably made on the day shift. We were there at night, & the night shift is a joke, they shouldn’t be open at night, they don’t know what they are doing., On top of all that we both got sick from food poisoning. Do not!, Do not come here at night!!!!, this restaurant is only good on the day shift, the majority of the work is done on days, the food is only good when they open. Very disappointed!!! Zero stars!!

Didn't want to get anyone in trouble but i'm tired of the customers and employees not getting treated right in this place, for one there are a few people who are working here still and should not be like Abdhallah and Kareem. Abdhallah is rude and very loud towards his fellow co-workers, he is constantly undermining the assistant manager dave and calling him names and he does not do what he's asked, kareem is just an ignorant mean man and there is no changing that and he should not be the face of kfc when people walk in to order food. Also, this place doesn't even really do a background check on hiring people and they don't train properly. Nobody knows what they're doing here and the people who do have to pick up the slack of the ones who don't, and before you say bring this to management it won't do anything because Michael Creamer and Robin Jones the higher ups in charterfoods.... they do NOT do anything about it no matter how much times you complain. I have called corporate in tennessee as well and although they feel bad they send me straight to robin jones who never picks up her damn phone so good luck when you go here and as from where i get all this information from i used to work here and had to deal with all this bullshit, no matter how much i tried to talk to the bosses about fixing this place up and doing better they did NOT care.

Absolutely horrendous! It took over 5 minutes for us to be attended to waiting at the front counter, whiles there’s 5 employees working and two of them are standing around not doing anything. When we finally are attended to, they are rude about it and only took the order for half of our party! it was another 10 minutes before the rest of us got our order taken! IN TOTAL it took 40 minutes from walking in to receiving our food. Absolutely ridiculous and intolerable. The grilled cheese burritos came with unmelted, in grilled cheese and the fries we ordered were half full and stale. There is not one redeeming factor to EVER stepping foot into this location, not for KFC or Taco bell

This time, the guy asked for my order number and rudely told me that how can you pick up like that? There's no such instruction on the menu and the service by the employee was pretty bad. I won't be going there again. Not to mention chicken is dry most of the times.

Picked up our food from an online order. Not all items were included in the meal bag. Even after asking at the counter that everything was in the bag. I was charged for items they were sold out of. If the website cannot handle basic understanding of a commodity being in stock or not. I do not have to give them my money in the future and I will take my money elsewhere.
Biscuits had green scotch bright strands from a cleaning sponge on them.
Never ordering from KFC again. Especially this one. I hope the manager and or someone at the parent company reads these reviews but that is probably not likely.
Don't gave into your temptations people, this chicken is not the same as you remember it and no it is not going to be better this time around.
