Gave me the wrong order, then gave me half my order, after the third time trying finally got a famous bowl and mac & cheese. In the drive-through I waited 15 minutes to then have to go inside on two separate occasions. And the third time I ask for the last thing that they forgot, one of the employees that was upfront in a rush to make the KFC bowl, rushed to make it without gloves, and then pulled something out of the mashed potatoes! I’m a pretty patient person, i’m giving the one star because of how that’s completely against safe serve guidelines.

TERRIBLE,, DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY GOING THERE..... FOR THE KFC OR THE TACO BELL IN SAME BUILDING... THEY BOTH ARE SHEET.. BOTH service & food are terrible... They really need to get some BETTER WORKERS OR JUST CLOSE BOTH OF THEM DOWN..

This location has had challenges in the past, but at this point they have been solidly good for a while. While they have been short staffed, they have remained friendly and provided good customer service as well as accurate order processing.

Been waiting 30 mins from an online order that said would be done in 10 mins. waited 15 mins for the manager to realize no one printed out the order slip from thier machine.

If I could give less stars for the food I would. The fries are hardly edible, can barely chew they are so hard and stale. The chicken tenders are disgusting and rubbery with hardly any crisp to the skin. The customer service is friendly but thats about the only thing that was ok about this location. The food ABSOLUTELY ? TERRIBLE AND DEFINITELY NOT $30 WORTH. DISAPPOINTING the only thing that was good was the coleslaw everything else absolutely terrible.

We used to love the food here but it has gone down hill so bad we keep saying we’ll give them another chance this was chance number 3 tonight and we were so disappointed the chicken was over cooked they didn’t put our rolls in the bag 55.00 for a 8 piece dinner and most of it ended up in the trash strike 3 your out and the manager there is very rude

Don’t waste your time. Never any chicken on the bone and it’s a friggen KFC. Oh and they will have you wait in line just to tell you no chicken or Mac n cheese or anything else just nuggets. At least put a sign out that you’re out of chicken.

Unbelievable! No Chicken at a chicken restaurant? Ordered for pickup at 5:15 Left with my incomplete order at 6:00. They had no chicken cooked and there were 10 people waiting over 45 min. The staff was a bunch of airheads and the manager was no help. They looked at me like I was the one with the problem.They took care of the drive through with our food. They have NO idea what customer service is all about. At least check in with customers and tell them the truth. As far as I'm concerned the manager should be fired along with the no clue workers. Six of them there and all hiding from irate customers. If I owned this franchise I would be embarrased.
