Had a horrible experience at one of there McDonald’s locations at 117 Loudon Rd, Concord NH. After ordering my food, I tried to locate a clean table, which there was a not a single one. I had to get napkins and wet them to wipe down a table to be able to sit at. The floors throughout the entire dining area were sticky and gross. My McCrispy Deluxe Meal came out with burnt chicken and undercooked fries. I went to the counter to ask for a new edible sandwich. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter a manager finally came up and told me she would be right back. When she returned after doing other tasks, I told her what was wrong and asked for a new sandwich, to which her response was, “That’s how all of them are cooked, but whatever!”. She then told the grill to make a new sandwich and she went to the drive thru to work the window. My sandwich was made and sat in the bin another 5 minutes before another worker walked over to her and asked what he should do and she said to give me my sandwich I was waiting for. By the time I got back to my seat my undercooked fries were ice cold. I contacted the Napoli Group to inform them of the issue and received a response with and apology for my experience and a statement that they would be sending me a Be Our Guest card. I received 2 cards in the mail one for a medium fry and another for a completely different sandwich then I originally ordered. Had I known this was all they were going to offer me after that entire experience I would have never bothered. This company is a joke and they do not care about customer satisfaction.

We were at McDonalds on Rt. 25 in Plymouth/Rumny and had the worst experience!!! Mind you, it was a bit before midnight, No excuses, this is FAST FOOD!!!! After waiting 5 minutes to be greeted at the order sign, which wasn’t a greeting but an unhappy worker with zero customer service skills what-so-ever. ZERO!!!! After waiting a long time, “Will you be using the mobile app” is all I heard! Once I ordered my food, 2 hamburgers and a quarter pounder and two fries, I waited another 20 MINUTES to get to the window! If this wasn’t the only place open, I would have left like the two cars behind me.
When the window opened, Mrs. Personality looked at me and repeated my order, as if I haven’t been waiting more then 20 minutes already.
Not a single pleasantry. No “thanks for your patience”, “sorry for the delay”, nothing but a woman struggling at her job with no desire to do anything about it.
While waiting for my food, i suggested maybe giving customers a heads up if it was going to be such a long wait… I was told that warning the customer about a long wait is “not what THIS McDonalds wants us to do”…. Is that true?!? Are you sure about that?! Your business is customer service!!!
The icing on the cake, BOTH my hamburgers were ice cold!!! What a nightmare!!
This place and their over night crew is a joke, they have no care for their job or the people they are supposed to be serving. Slowly at that!! Don’t go here, or to any restaurants this group (The Napoli Group) owns!!!

Your manager at the laconia nh mcdonalds is a complete waste of space. Hires people, isn't transparent about lack of hours, then neglects to respond to his employees after reaching out for several days to speak with him. Gaslit ny niece right in front of me. I honestly told her to walk out if she needed to. Terrible manager. Darin Ayers is a waste of space and not an asset at all to your company. No wonder why there is a terrible turn over rate.

The Franklin NH location is the worse, slow service,cold food. I could order a small fry or $40 worth of food and I’ll still get pulled ahead. Tonight they had so many cars pulled a head they had cars pulling in dine in parking. A few of the employees are great Josh and another younger kid. But there is a heavier set kid who is alway rude he’ll make sure sit at the speaker and then laugh about it. Really weird behavior.
The service and the quality of food at the ossipee McDonald's is absolutely disgusting.

Crazy that I still spend money here, but when it is all your daughter eats, there really isn't much of a choice.
Prices are disgusting. Order is never correct. No consistency like it used to be.

I have tried several times to speak with management at the Ossipee, N.H. location regarding the Cashier/drive-thru attendant (a younger man who seems physically ill). It is just awful he is rude if asked a question about your order (mind you, you are speaking loudly because he will not open the window). We eat breakfast now because we do not want to deal with the young man at night. We sat in the parking lot waiting for our breakfast items that didn't all come in the 1st place for 40 minutes. I suspect we would have been sitting there longer had I not stopped one of the workers and asked him where our sandwiches were. I called approximately 25 minutes of waiting and was told rudely that they were trying their best and would get it out as soon as possible! The persons bringing the food to the vehicles changed because the prior person doing the deliveries had a disability (very sweet man). This emporium has my blessing in giving the disabled a job. Still, for God's sake, give them something they can handle rather than sending him out with a massive bag of food, knowing that you had approximately 12 cars waiting (some just left without their orders). It was hectic, and the man was just walking in circles calling a name; shame on your management! Shame on you! This restaurant is disgustingly dirty, and I know from other posts from people that all I am complaining about has pictures to back it up! I thought McDonald’s was supposed to be fast food.The one in Machias Maine has gone downhill Ever since they got the new manager after Kim. While going to this McDonald’s, I always have to pull up to the gate or over into a parking spot and wait Until they bring the food. In the meantime, while you’re waiting, they could at least give you your drink They don’t. Also, the straw is never in the bag it is very hard to drink a drink driving down the road without a straw. I used to go in the mornings when Denice was still there Things were great. Now not so much The coffee Has an awful taste. My McDonald’s trip Should only be a couple minutes, but it ends up being like 15 minutes.
Ridiculous...tried to go higher up about many issues with ossipee nh personal, I was cut off like the woman I have to deal.with daily. There are a few good ones but not usually taking orders and money at drive thru...I am not the only with complaints with certain employees. Napoli Group was.of no use or assistav0e either. Already posted on reciews....will keep going and. Post on on all.local pages as well. Further training for employees is minimum. Also less sewage back-ups would be beneficial for all

It is too bad I can't leave a negative star because that's what this place would get completely screwed up my order and when I called back because I realized I lost money in the bathroom she told me she dosent have time to look and laughed at me called corporate they are an even bigger joke I maybe need to find a number for McDonald's corporate to let them know how the franchisee is using there name for bad uses

I went to the Calais McDonald's on Sunday and order a steak bagel wanted to sub folded for scramble. There's a button on the cash register to do so. I was a manager at McDonald's for 10 years so I now it can be done. I get it that way at other McDonald's, Thank You for your time.
