I have ordered from this location a couple time in the last few months, every time Ronda seems to be the only one there. She is such a sweetheart, making polite conversation while rushing around completing order's. She is always so polite and kind even when busy. You can tell she takes pride in this establishment. She deserves any kind of support you can afford to offer. She makes a great sandwich with a great attitude!

Fruit flies literally everywhere in that subway location. They are all over the soda machine and you can see them hovering or landing on the food. The floors dirty and sticky. Just overall unpleasant and unsanitary.

We just stopped at the Amherst Subway to get dinner and the employee didn’t even look up or acknowledge our presence. The previous time we stopped in and they got one of our sandwiches all wrong…wrong bread and wrong ingredients! Will never eat there again!

Don't go here you'll be mad. My girlfriend and I stood here tonight for 2 minutes and we were never acknowledged. The guy is standing there counting money not even acknowledging us. Last time we came here, there were 2 Spanish people that barely spoke English and didn't know what a cold cut combo was. MY SANDWICH WAS MADE WRONG AND I WAS OVERCHARGED AND STILL LEFT A TIP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE. I'm beyond pissed, don't EVER GO HERE, TRUST ME!

I observed the employee out front walk away from the counter and go to the fridge...I think? Apparently he did not feel a glove change was appropriate. He returned and continued with the same pair of gloves... I have done this line of work for quite a while... Glove changes and Handwashing is Essential in this line of work!

My order was shorted some items and the sandwiches weren't made correctly. When I called to ask for the missing items, the person answering was rude (I was quite polite), then hung up on me. Calling back, my calls were ignored.

I ordered take out through the website on 8/12. I received a call that they could not fulfill order because they didn't have egg and told by the employee to call the 800 number for a refund. Come to find out there is not a 800 number and the store has the ability to refund. I still have not received my money back or a phone call from the manager where I left a message. This place is poorly run and now I am out almost $30 because they do not care about customer service. There is no corporate number to call and the emailed complaints are useless.Just want to update that over a week has gone by and I have had zero response from the store. I can't even speak to a live person at the restaurant. Corporate followed up and after I provided them the info they requested, I have not heard back. Will never order from this store again.
