Tried to visit this place again after talking to the owner and being assured she was working to make the location better.
Half my order missing when I was the only person in line late night and it still took 15 minutes. Lady was rude when handing me my missing items after driving back around.
The orders are wrong at least 70% of my visits here, and this time I intentionally ordered only 4 items hoping that id get everything and not have to drive back around but here we are.
Just don't go here, they are beyond awful.

Didn't actually eat because after being ignored by the guy at the front counter for ten minutes the manager asked if we'd been helped yet. I told him not yet and he apologized because the drive through was very busy. NOT a valid reason. I was standing in front of the employee and wasn't even greeted. Started to place my order with the manager to be stopped after the first choice to be told "we don't have any right now but if you give me about 20 minutes I'll have some ready." That's when I left...never to return

No restaurant has messed up my order more times than this one. Lines are often long. No online ordering means you'll always have to wait in a line.

I was the only car in line. Took 15 mins to get our food. When I looked in the bag it was only half my order. Employees were chatting and joking around in the kitchen. Horrible experience. Not the first time I’ve been treated this way here.

This place has gone to crap after the new crew took it over .. they never have orders for door dash , the soda fountain has flies all around it smells like the back of a trash truck hot mess , they joke around yet don’t really get work done in a timely manner .. management needs to do better or just shut down smh..

Went there to have a meal with my husband and had to listen to the staff arguing in the back. The floors were filthy and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Thw soda machine spouts had black goo inside them also. After that I was sick for 2 days after eating the food. We had eaten off the kfc menu.

Ann Marie (I hope I spelled that right), my husband and I have come by a few times and have seen how professionally and kindly you handle your customers. I just wanted to thank you for being such a beautiful and genuine person! Your efforts do not go unnoticed, even if you aren't thanked often.
OMG! I haven't been to a Taco Bell in probably 7-8 years.... What have I been missing!!! First off, the cashier, Mirza, she exceeded our expectations! She was welcoming, smiling, friendly, polite, patient. We were expecting a pissy teenager, but no. She was GREAT! The Luxe Cravings Box is an amazing deal for $7! A chalupas, a double-stacked taco, a burrito, nachos with cheese, and a drink!!! Good bang for the buck! I'm craving another one right now! Try out their Diablo sauce! Sooooooooooo addictive!
Will DEFINITELY go back to this Taco Bell sooner than later! I hope Mirza works there every day! :)

5 years ago I went here ... It took them 45 minutes to make 3 tacos so I never went back
Now I am a Doordasher and nothing has changed ... Almost every time I am sent here to pick up a customers order they haven't even started making it yet ... Sometimes I ask a worker and they seem confused and they say "Oh we haven't started that yet" Keep in mind it takes me 5 - 10 minutes just to drive to the restaurant so that would seem like enough time to do a fast food order and ALSO the entire goal of the Doordash system is the order is supposed to be ready when the driver arrives ... Doordash sends the order to the restaurant 1st before assigning a driver ... This is supposed to give the restaurant ample time to have the order ready for when the driver arrives ... But not at this Taco Bell ... I have been sent here around 10 - 15 times and there was only ONE TIME an order was actually ready ... Like I said most of the time the workers don't even seem aware a Doordash order was placed until I arrive and ask where it is ... I usually have to unassign from the order and leave empty-handed. It is a huge waste of my gas and time
So yeah this is the slowest most disorganized restaurant I have ever seen ... Probably time to shut it down or at least do the drivers and customers a favor and stop accepting Doordashes ... They clearly can't handle it

I stop by here once every maybe 3 months because it's on my way home. Nine times out of 10, I end up leaving before I even order food. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes second in line, and the person in front of me never even got to order. And the times that I go inside, they don't even acknowledge. I'm in line waiting to order. Again, I spend 15 minutes or longer trying to get someone's attention, and I don't even get to order food.
I always hope that the next time will be different, but again I end up ordering nothing. There can be just one other person in the Drive-Thru and I still can't order food. I don't understand how they are in business if they are serving one to two people every 30 minutes
