Do ever go to this location if you are expecting timely service. On several occasions, using the drive thru has taken more than 30 minutes to get my order.

Spent almost 60$ on food. They were out of large drinks and burritos. Nobody knew how to refund my money. They offered an extra nachos instead, which I agreed to. When I got home, my crunchwrap supreme meal was missing. Complete disappointment.

This TB/KFC gets a bad rap. It's not THAT bad. They miss items in my orders regularly but I think they're trying their hardest. If there is any line in the drivethru give up while you're ahead it'll take a half hour

I can not believe this place is still open. They never have anything in stock, the soda machine is always messed up, they ignore you at the counter, hoping that you'll just use the self check out... the drive through takes 10 minutes to get theough and the food is inconsistent, you'll never get the same thing twice. This location sucked since day one and it somehow got worse.

They've cancelled multiple door dash orders well before closing time. The place is also filthy inside. Eat here and get diarrhea.

Absolute worst location. Ordered online 30 minutes ahead because i have a short lunch. Show up when it should be ready, stand at counter for 5 minutes before someone comes over. They then start making my meal. Took 15 minutes to make a tender combo and sandwich. Guy had to ask 3 times what goes in the 3 ingredient sandwich. But i got a bonus ingredient, one of his long hairs in it. Hands me the bag, says youre all set. Open the bag and no sauces or utensils.

Couldn't get an employee to take my order. She said use a kiosk which were all busy and hard to use. A couple customers had to plead to get someone to take an order at the register. Liked the chicken, hated the service.

There’s is never not a problem at this location. Tonight the “system went down” after watching a car pull through the drive through and order seconds before me while last time a customer and a worker got into a verbal fight meanwhile I waited for food that wasn’t dropped or has a lost ticket. If you’re looking for literally anything you ordered don’t go here

I just went there and ordered 2 fiesta potatos paid for it then the girl at the window with the multi colored hair tells me they don't have any potatos.Dont you think she should have made sure they have them before cashing me out. Unbelievable horrible. I definitely won't go back again. Do better

Turned off in app ordering since 2020. I literally waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and we moved up two cars. If this building got demolished and everyone lost their job I wouldn’t feel the least bit of sympathy. Never in my entire life has it taken this long to get fast food.

Horrible service every time, long waits, rude staff that sits there while i wait for my food, some times they don’t even respond to the drive through, currently been waiting 30 minutes for 3 items. Never experienced such horrible service ever.
