Ordered food at 4:38pm through the kiosk. We were the only ones in the restaurant. A couple cars at the drive through though.

It has been one hour. Many people have come in, ordered from the counter, drive through and kiosks; got their food and left. We are still here waiting.

When we asked about it. They could not find our order. And told us that it must be because they're so backed up. We ordered first. We were here first. You're literally serving orders that were placed after ours. Thats not how your system works.

No actions taken to expedite the process or make amends for the long wait. And so here we are. Still waiting. Still hungry.

This isnt the first time this has happened. Don't go here.

UPDATE: Two hours now. Someone else looked for our order and sounds like they found it. They said they'd tell the cook right away. That was 20 minutes ago. Other people still getting food.

Huge sign says now open till 1 am two cars in front of me at the drive thru so I figured I’d just wait a few mins and they would take my order sat there for like 15 mins for those to cars to leave still no answer pull up to the window and they guy says we are only taking DoorDash orders at 10:30 even know there open till 1 am and everyone else seems to think this place is horrible as well don’t know how there even open

3 years later, tried again. See below, still awful - close down or get new management.

Tried to visit this place again after talking to the owner and being assured she was working to make the location better.

Half my order missing when I was the only person in line late night and it still took 15 minutes. Lady was rude when handing me my missing items after driving back around.

The orders are wrong at least 70% of my visits here, and this time I intentionally ordered only 4 items hoping that id get everything and not have to drive back around but here we are.

Just don't go here, they are beyond awful.

Didn't actually eat because after being ignored by the guy at the front counter for ten minutes the manager asked if we'd been helped yet. I told him not yet and he apologized because the drive through was very busy. NOT a valid reason. I was standing in front of the employee and wasn't even greeted.
Started to place my order with the manager to be stopped after the first choice to be told "we don't have any right now but if you give me about 20 minutes I'll have some ready."
That's when I left...never to return

No restaurant has messed up my order more times than this one. Lines are often long. No online ordering means you'll always have to wait in a line.

I was the only car in line. Took 15 mins to get our food. When I looked in the bag it was only half my order. Employees were chatting and joking around in the kitchen. Horrible experience. Not the first time I’ve been treated this way here.

This place has gone to crap after the new crew took it over .. they never have orders for door dash , the soda fountain has flies all around it smells like the back of a trash truck hot mess , they joke around yet don’t really get work done in a timely manner .. management needs to do better or just shut down smh..

Went there to have a meal with my husband and had to listen to the staff arguing in the back. The floors were filthy and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Thw soda machine spouts had black goo inside them also. After that I was sick for 2 days after eating the food. We had eaten off the kfc menu.

Terrible service, always long lines/ waits. Food is never fresh either and is stiff and old or looks like it was made while using oven mitts. Place is in desperate need of better management.

OMG! I haven't been to a Taco Bell in probably 7-8 years.... What have I been missing!!!
First off, the cashier, Mirza, she exceeded our expectations! She was welcoming, smiling, friendly, polite, patient. We were expecting a pissy teenager, but no. She was GREAT!
The Luxe Cravings Box is an amazing deal for $7! A chalupas, a double-stacked taco, a burrito, nachos with cheese, and a drink!!! Good bang for the buck! I'm craving another one right now!
Try out their Diablo sauce! Sooooooooooo addictive!

Will DEFINITELY go back to this Taco Bell sooner than later! I hope Mirza works there every day! :)
