Food was decent, server/bartender was not bad. Table we sat at was dirty. The pendant light over the table had built up dust and cobwebs on it. Condiment containers were kinda nasty. And the men's room had snots stuck to the wall.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER we were in town on vacation and stopped for food around 1PM. We love the one back home so thought we couldn't go wrong. WE WENT VERY WRONG. First issue TABLE AND CHAIRS STICKY then we were given a fermented drink when we ordered our nearly $30 appetizer- no big deal. We swap it out and the next drink is worse. Appetizer took almost an hour to come. We weren't given spoons and forks OR EVEN PLATES. Another hour and 45 minutes passed before our food came. We hunted down our own silverware and had to beg them to hurry and bring our food. They messed up my husbands order, never brought out our sides and I can't forget, wrong dipping sauces with our app. When all was said and done 3 hours had passed and when we finally got our check we had been charged for all the rotten drinks. No apology. No asking where they could improve. We were so kind and patient. I never in all of my life felt so disrespected. I am the type to really leave a waitress or waiter a blessing. For the first time in all of my life I did not leave a tip. The entire experience was awful awful awful. I have never experienced worse. Period

No one was there, Literally us and one man at the bar. Fridays Jack Daniel's Chicken strips used to be served on a bed of lettuce/cole slaw sort of mixture and now just plain dried out chicken strips. Not very good.

Poorly cooked food, had to ask for refills, etc also had to ask for someone to collect check. Put a HOT plate infront of my 3 year old after being warned it was hot. Also the disrespect of Joe who yelled at a young lady ( infront of my whole family) who was on break to "get off her phone or punch out and go home". Joe then came around corner and said "sorry you had to hear that, I didnt know anyone was here". We could see hurt in the girls face and that was not ok. No wonder the place was dead and food sucked with that attitude towards co workers. WILL NEVER RETURN OR PROMOTE TGIF Fridays again.

Our waitress Molly is so amazing , she knows everything on the menu and gave us very great suggestions. She’s very good with suggesting entrees and deserts and is cute and friendly! I think personally she needs a raise and we come in here all the time! We always ask for her and sit where she’s at!

I have been going to Friday's for a long time and always have had great experiences. Tonight was horrible. 3 of us were seated immediately thanks to the hostess. We then sat for over 10 minutes with no server. After she took our drink and app order we waited another almost 10 minutes before we received our drinks almost 20 before the first app came out she said she was coming back with the second app... another almost 10 min nothing...we then asked the hostess if she could please find our waitress RITA. The hostess came back yo us quickly and said they were still waiting on our app (potato skins) she said our food was ready and waiting for the waitress. We asked if we could have our food and foelrget the app. The waitress than came with our food and when I went to ask her a question I was completely dismissed and she walked away another 15 min goes byShe brings the check did not ask us if the food was ok nothing. Waited another 10 she did not come back we left the cash and left. Horrible service from RITA. We are patient knowing the buisnesses are short staffed but this was ridiculous!

Overcooked steak with fajitas. Ordered MR...Was more like jerky. Bar tender was weeded and couldn't keep up. No manager in sight. Host hiding in a booth. Waited 6 minutes to get silverware after my food had arrived. They need more staff and I feel they could be great.

Bourbon BBQ and bacon burger hit the spot!Onion rings done just right and value priced drinks, a perfect combination.Nine TV's in the bar had everything covered and the staff was great!The drinks and food came out really quickly and they were delicious! Staff checked in during the meal at the right frequency.Nice chill environment for a really enjoyable drink and dinner wiith friends or someone special!Easy accessible parking right in front of the main entrance.
