Today my company had an off-site Senior Meeting. We ordered from Wrap City in Amherst NH. The manager helped me double check the two owners' lunch and the new CEO's lunch. All of the lunches had everyone's name on it, so there was no confusion of who had what. The order was ready on time and they helped me bring the food to my car. We will definitely be using this restaurant again for future meetings. Thank you for all of your help.

*5 on 5 isn't enough for this guy* On top of the food and chips being excellent, the service from Jackson the store manager is not just top of the line but what a beautiful personality ? plus he took our order 30 min before opening hour at 11am, his full crew behind him ready for action with big smiles (and also served another customer right behind us). Thank you again, Jackson, we need more managers like you! And the cookie was excellent ? ?

I really want to like this place. I love wraps. Every time I eat here, or my husband eats here, we get sick. We give a few months and try again, and sick again. We've tried different wraps because maybe it's something in particular but no...so I can't not recommend eating here.The staff is friendly, the one time we tried to eat inside some kids were flipping between what looked like YouTube videos on the TV, was a bit annoying, so we didn't stay inside to eat. Probably a one off thing.

Highly disappointed. I usually go to the one in Nashua but I went here due to it being closer to work. I got the chicken salad wrap the apples and lettuce were soggy. I added avocado for extra money and got a small piece on only one side of my wrap. People were nice but disappointed in the food there.

It was my first visit here. The woman at the counter was an absolute love! She was very attentive to my vision impairment, made sure i could see menu on wall, explained everything & came to see if everything was good. I highly recommend a visit.Very clean, friendly, excellent food and service!Wheelchair accessibility: Its all one level,parking decent. Bathroom is very large and handicap accessible.

Stopped by this Wrap City with my friends on December 9. The person at the register was excellent. She asked if we had been there before and I had but two friends had not. One of my friends is visually impaired and my other friend is mobility/hearing impaired. The person at the register (I think she was the manager?) was very good with my friends. She brought/guided my visually impaired friend to the menu board on the wall. My other friend had a lot of questions about one of the wraps and the person at the register was very good at explaining the food to her. When our food came out, it was amazing. Loved the home made chips. The employee even came over to our table to check on us and ask my friend how the wrap was (my friend was worried during ordering that it would be too spicy but she really loved it). I appreciated the whole experience today at Wrap City. Thank you to the lady behind the register who took our order.

This restaurant leaves much to be desired. The food was a big disappointment! The service was as bad as the food. We will not be dining there ever again.
Great for a quick fresh delicious bite. Great for everyone, even picky eaters like myself. They also have gluten free options. Out of all the Wrap Citys in Southern NH, I think this location has the most consistently great quality.

The food here is usually excellent. They have the best chips around. Their online system needs a bit of work though. I showed up at the time i was told the food would be ready. It was clear that the sandwich had been sitting for a while and the chips were staring to get a bit stale. Still good but the system needs work.

The wrap I ordered was great my husband ordered the Ruben on sourdough he liked it as well. The coleslaw was terrible... no sauce to it at all. The lady working the counter was very polite and patient waiting for us to decide what we wanted because it was our first time there.

We’ve had Wrap City on our list to try for quite awhile. We finally stopped in today and it was so good! As soon as we entered we were greeted and it appeared the manager (?) was at the front training the employee at the register. The manager was great with our two young daughters and was so helpful with recommendations. Three of us have a dairy allergy and they were so accommodating and willing to substitute things for us. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. They also brought two cookies out for our girls which was so nice. The food was great, the bathrooms were clean, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. It’s so hard to find a restaurant with happy, friendly employees nowadays and Wrap City definitely delivered!Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options!Kid-friendliness: So friendly and patient with children.Dietary restrictions: They are more than happy to substitute things!
