This is excellent in many ways. I love the decor and ambiance. It’s not quiet, but nobody is raising their voice. Service was quick, drinks were delicious. I had the hand cut sweet potatoes topped with brisket and Carolina mustard sauce and BBQ sauce for my dinner. It was listed as an appetizer, just $20. and I could only eat half of it. I’ll dream of it for a long time!!!!!

This place is an absolute gem! The seating is spaced very well. You won't have anybody close enough to the point where you have to yell to talk to someone right in front of you, which i definitely enjoy. The servers are always friendly and will always make sure your meal is good. The price point is a bit high, but it is high-quality food, so it's definitely worth it. I personally highly recommend the pulled pork and definitely the fried mushrooms! My dad always gets a large order, and they are mostly gone in about 3 minutes 😆. The atmosphere is great for a family night out or a date or really any occasion. I highly recommend this absolute gem that is The Refinery

Hello n good evening. I was on my home from Rochester sat evening(8.30.25) and was gonna treat my wife to some amazing food. I had called at 8:00 pm to order some takeout and was told I couldn't order TAKEOUT because they were to busy INSIDE the restaurant . (TAKEOUT) I didn't want to eat there, wanted to take it home with me. So I didn't want to sit inside where it would be to BUSY and wanted to take it home. So very sad and very disappointed. Probably never gonna call again . Thanks for nothing. DH.

The food is always incredible and I always bring any of my friends who have never been here. They ALWAYS rave about it after. this place truly is a staple of Andover! I grew up here my whole life, & this place makes Andover that much better! The brisket is always cooked to perfection!! Our server was very attentive and friendly, & of course I forgot her name :(

If you are looking for a local restaurant that serves locally sourced food that tastes amazing, here it is! Beautiful modern rustic atmosphere, home made drinks with fresh ingredients not the crappy sour mix or pre made sugar bomb. I had the lavender infused margarita sweetened with honey not sugar and it was perfect. The food was also cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I’m super picky when it comes to steak- the ribeye they nailed. Cooked perfect over a wood fired grill, so tender I could cut it with a butter knife. Wings were also phenomenal not breaded which I prefer and even the salad and sides ( squash casserole) was super fresh and tasted amazing. Not one bad thing to say, our waitress was also great and gave us exceptional service. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!
