These ladies working tonight October 11th 2024 at 520 pm were absolutely amazing!!! There attitude was so friendly and welcoming. The wait time was a few min which was great. I thought it would be packed! All employees of this franchise should be like these woman , especially the one who was at the window amd register she was just amazing. And to top it off food was perfect!!!

terrible place i ordered a meal lady gives me a coke and says no hashbrowns with order said i didnt order a meal i said does camera have voice you will hear me say it then says theres nothing she can do no refund or change it an she said customer is wrong

I go to this place very often. But today it really amazed me. A nice, smiling girl from the Dominican Republic met us, took our order, and while we were waiting for it we had a short but nice conversation. The guy from Equator cooked everything quickly and deliciously. The burger was juicy, hot, fresh, just excellent!!! Now I will come more often, it is nice to get a little distracted in the middle of a hard busy day with a 2-minute conversation, with warmth and a smile, while you are waiting for your delicious burger!

Sat at the drive thru window (at 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday, when they are open) for 4 and a half minutes. Revved my engine, said hello, cleared my throat, turned up my radio… when I finally decided they weren’t going to respond, I pulled through the end of the drive-thru, and wouldn’t you know it—a young lady and a tall gentleman were standing there behind the counter in uniform, chatting away. Net loss of paying their wages and missing out on the sale of value meals for me and my son!
