Walked in at 6 PM to all of the menu boards being off- I literally had to ask the gas station worker if they were open. There was two people on duty, but they were hiding in the office… Stood there for about 10 minutes before Someone noticed me. I will never understand why people will apply to a job if they don’t actually want to work the job

First off it should not take 24 minutes to make one order with nobody in line 2nd off nobody is ever working there’s only one person and you can hardly understand their English. I went today. The manager screwed up my order got mad when I came in and told her about it. She then refused to take my order until I asked her what her problem was not to mention the dozens of fruit flies by the soda machine. Absolutely disgusting.

I will never be going to this Burger King again and I urge everyone else to Go somewhere else as well. There is a Burger King on Hooksett road in Manchester. Go to that one instead. The food was fine, however the 15-minute wait was not worth the two chicken sandwiches. I usually try not to blame the workers because I know most workers work way too hard for the little money they get. However, for the two workers at the store. I'm sure they're getting paid exactly what they deserve and probably far too high. You would think it was their job to avoid the customers from how good of a job they were doing at that. If it was just me there I would have let it slide. However, there was an old man in front of me that I got to know very well while we were both waiting and he was trying to get their attention before. I even showed up to ask for sauce and it took him about 10 minutes to get there attention. He told me he had already been waiting 20 minutes

I gave 3 stars because this is one of the few Burger King locations where you can be sure that the food quality will be good. But because it is a very low traffic location, every order is made fresh. So there is always a five to ten minute wait for your food. So, if you're planning on grabbing a quick burger and jumping back on the highway, the burger will be fresh, but there will be nothing quick about it. I have also noticed that if you try ordering ahead with the Burger King app, they don't start making the food until you walk in or drive up, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I ordered a whopper, fries and chicken fries. Everything was made fresh to order. I was met with a smile. My order was taken promptly. Everything taste amazing. This is the best Burger King meal I’ve ever had! I’ll go out of my way to get Burger King from this one every single time they’ve never disappointed me!

Rt 101 exit 2 burger king is by far the best burger king I've ever been to. Food is always fresh, hot and tastes great. The service is exceptional, but it does take a few minutes for them to make your food fresh.

Ordered through the mobile app. When picking up, they said they didn't have onion rings. The young lady working the drive through was very friendly, but did not understand English, making it very difficult to resolve the problem. They are also extremely slow. Find somewhere else

Picked up some burgers for the kids after school. Spent a good 20 mins at drive thru window waiting for food. Got home and realized they made mine wrong. Went back to get another (it was a 10.00 burger). Explained to manager what went wrong, he apologizes and turns to the cook to have another one made. Then the cook starts arguing with the manager about how to make it. So much for having it my way. I finally got the burger but I was embarrassed FOR the manager.
