Sat at the drive thru window (at 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday, when they are open) for 4 and a half minutes. Revved my engine, said hello, cleared my throat, turned up my radio… when I finally decided they weren’t going to respond, I pulled through the end of the drive-thru, and wouldn’t you know it—a young lady and a tall gentleman were standing there behind the counter in uniform, chatting away. Net loss of paying their wages and missing out on the sale of value meals for me and my son!

The employees here are rude and lazy. I felt that I was an inconvenience to these employees. 2 chairs for them to sit yet the place is filthy. Playing in Facebook and has a ear bud in connected to their phones and drive through headset on other. Also don't say much of anything to the customer just mumble. They are just there for the paycheck not to help the business. Worst employees. Need to actually work to get paid where I work.

2 of the 4 menu screens are not working, the store is marked closed on the app and the staff had zero and acted like they didn't know. The worst BK I've ever been to.
I just had the worst experience but nothing to do with the workers per say.Two Spanish speaking workers who understand very little English.The scheduling manager regardless of the staffing issue they really should have back up for those workers.What should take minutes took an hour and someone they know on FaceTime who could translate.

Where do I start. I get there and look up the hours to see they are closed every day. So I get ready to leave but see people inside. So I pull up to see and a lady takes my order. I asked for a meal on one of the new BBQ chicken sandwiches. I sit there for about 4 mins wondering if she walked away before asking what the sandwiches was again. A 8 chicken nugget and one bacon dbl. She bearly mumbles the price back. Get up the window to be told it will be 10 mins for it to cook. Takes my credit card and disappears with it. Gives it back. I wait. Get handed the food. No fries or drink. She tells me I didn't ask for it. I ask for the receipt just to make sure. Get home. The sandwiches look rushed and tossed together. I have more sauce and condomints in the package then on the sandwich. I learned my lesson. Best part. I was the only person in the line the entire time. How do you mess up food when you have that much time to make it? With 0 pressure? Don't waste your time here. They will get it wrong anyways.

Came in to use the bathroom and was going to order food until we saw the guy making the food with one glove on and touching the food with the ungloved hand which isn't allowed by the health department. Will never eat at this location
