Went in on a Sunday afternoon and witnessed an employee ranting and raving about not being able to, “find anyone’s orders”. She then took her headset and threw it across the room, knocking over someone’s to-go order. All the employees seemed miserable and rude. They were extremely slow and not attentive at all. A couple of them were just yelling the entire time and slamming things around. Very awkward and unwelcoming experience.

I ask for a large iced caramel latte with extra caramel, and whole milk
I pay over $5.00 a coffee. The workers there are RUDE and incorrectly make my latte on purpose daily....why because you guys get mad at me because I ask for a small straw? I'm so sick of giving you guys my hard earned money to get an incorrect order and your attitudes! You do not deserve the tip that I give every time eiter! Grow up or get a job you like....clearly customer service is not a priority there! Save your money go to Exit 3 Duncan's where they treat you right and get your orders correct RIDICULOUS!!!!

I prefer mobile ordering when going to DD's. Only a few times have they messed up on my order, but they're amazing at making good on their mistakes!

Parking: Plenty of parking for patrons and non-patrons alike!

Kid-friendliness: No coloring books if that's what you're asking

I checked my bank statements cause I thought I was going crazy, everyday for the last two weeks I’ve been charged a different amount for the same 3 items. I’ve tried to call many times today with no answer.

Everyday I wait easily 15 minutes in the drive thru weather there’s a line or not. Get up to the window and every employee is sipping on a coffee or eating. They won’t open the second window, so if someone in front of you ordered a ton of food you’re left waiting just to pay and grab a coffee. This dunks has some serious issues, and I will now have to go out of my way on my morning commute just to get coffee.

My friend ordered a latte and they put it in as hot instead of ice she asked if they could make it ice and the lady with red hair told her “I don’t have time for that” when they had one person behind us and that was all plus Bagel mini were frozen in the middle I also work at dunks and I know a bad day there sucks but I’d never say that to someone even when we are packed and line around the building we remake it just hate a bad attitude person from the start even at the speaker sounded like she hated everything

Ordered through the mobile app at 730. Arrived at 7:37pm and no one was there the building was dark and it was closed. The signage and app both said open until 8PM.

I understand sometimes stores get busy and people have bad days. We were the only customers when we arrived at this location today and we had the worst customer service experience ever. The woman that was working the drive thru, her behavior was completely unacceptable.I ordered an iced coffee and 2 bottles of water. When I went to pay the woman went out to reach for a card or cash but I paid with the mobile app and she was instantly frustrated, handed me the waters and the wrong coffee but I was just going to drink it. She closed the window and walked away but didn’t give me a straw. She came back about 3 mins later and I said “sorry, I just need a straw” she very rudely stated “it’s in the bag!!” and shut the window and walked away again!.. I never received a bag. Waited 1 min and she came back and I said “I’m sorry I never received a bag I only ordered two waters and the Iced coffee, I Just need a straw” she raised her voice saying “it’s in the bag” and I said “no, I don’t have a bag! I had 2 waters and the coffee” at this point I was so confused why this woman wouldn’t just give me a straw for the wrong coffee she made me. She then rolled her eyes and said “so you just want a straw for the water!” And finally handed me a straw.My 3 younger children were in the car with me and they were also floored by this ridiculously crass adult behavior.I had a sip of the iced coffee and it was so horrible. ??‍♀️I had to read reviews to see if this was just the woman’s personality or if she was just having a really bad day and somehow thought it would be ok to take that anger out on a nice customer.I was stunned at all the bad customer service reviews throughout years at this location.Come on dunks, do better.

Wildly inconsistent hours kept, door locked at random. Coffee consistently burned and my god the general attitude here is atrocious. In writing this in your parking lot as I have tried yet again to stop in and yet again the doors are locked. Fix yourselves or just close permanently.

The woman they have talking to customers behind the drive thru has the most atrocious attitude I’ve ever encountered in any establishment. I knew it was going to be a real pleasant experience when the first thing she said when we pulled up was we’ll be with you in a while. Go to any other Dunkin Donuts.

If I could rate this place a 0 star I 100% would the lady that took my order in the drive through was extremely rude and ignorant just kept saying yup with a whole attitude and when I asked for a receipt she totally ignored me and walked away unfortunately I couldn’t go in because the lobby was locked and closed I understand being short staff but to be so rude for no reason when I’m always kind is completely unacceptable I will definitely not be returning!
