The first time we ordered....maybe it was a bad day so I decided to order and try again. I got the chicken bbq pizza. I was barely even greeted when I was picking up the order. The woman at the register was on her phone. I felt like I was bothering her by being there. The pizza was over cooked (same thing the last time) .Both my husband And I were not happy. Unfortunately i would Not recommend.

First time in there, and the experience started off OK Service seem generally pleasant, but not an attentive or friendly. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and those were good. Ordered our regular food five minutes after we ordered our main dishes and we had to wait approximately 40 minutes for food to come out. I ate about half of my dinner and my wife did not eat any of hers, the waitress at the end did not ask us if we even liked it you can clearly see that my wife’s plate was still full. Glasses were dirty silverware, cheap and crummy looking they do not serve plates there but paper plates. At the end, we’re not even asked if we wanted to take our food home with us

Often food on the floor in the kitchen. Their biggest struggle is having everything done at the same time, so something is always cold by arrival. For the area I would definitely recommend, I just think with a little more effort, they could go from decent to good or even great. It seems they care about their business they just have the potential for a lot more.

LONG RANT:'ve been going to Kozy's for 15 years. I always thought that the pizza was very good, and still is, however I thought it was necessary to leave a negative review in hopes that others may be awate, and yhe owner might concider changing a few things.I went there for lunch last week and ordered the grilled chicken salad. I thought that the chicken was undercooked. I raised my concern with the waitress, and she told me there was nothing wrong with it, it's just that they use thigh meat, and not breast meat. Never in my life have I gotten a grilled chicken salad with thigh meat. I assume they just use it to cut costs and not because it tastes better. But it still tasted undercooked regardless. I eat alot of chicken, and I know the difference between the two, and when they are also undercooked. I didn't press the issue, I just went about my way. But as I was there I noticed a sign that said they had .50 cent wings and $7.99 cheese pizza on Sundays, so I thought I'd bring my family there the next sunday, knowing the pizza is very good.Just left there this Sunday, ordered 50 wings and two large pizzas. one with 1 topping, the other with 2 toppings. When I got the bill it looked a bit high. Noticed I was charged 12.99 for each pizza, with additional charges for the toppings. I informed the waitress of the mistake, and she said I didn't order a cheese pizza so I was getting charged the full price for the cheese pizza, plus the additional charges for the toppings. I thought that was absurd and asked for her to change it. She said that's just how it comes up in the system and she couldn't change it. I asked if there was someone else to talk to. Waited 10 minutes and decided I was done waiting so I just left.If something is advertised for $8, I shouldn't be charged 13. Plain and simple. To say I didn't order a cheese pizza is ridiculous. I was already paying an extra $10 for the total of 3 toppings that were added to the CHEESE pizza.I'm never going back to Kozys and it sucks because it's good, but I'm a person who stands by principle, and the attitude I was given along with it was enough for me.

This place used to be the best! We ordered at least once a week. Now food takes HOURS, orders are frequently lost, customer service has become dismal. It is so disappointing.

Ordered tonight my son wanted a specialty burger that had garlic mayo and truffle seasoning, he got neither just a dry plain burger that only had bacon which was a 2.25 up-charge. So I paid 20.00 for a basic burger that was the same as my younger son’s kids burger. We also got a buff chicken dinner with blue cheese (found out it was ranch when we got home) if the girls can’t tell the difference they should probably write on the lids makes it fool proof. The prices are pretty high for a pizza restaurant so the attention to the food should reflect it as well in my opinion.
