The sea food is great here, but tonight we got burgers. The Notch. Great as usual. Chili Nachos too and clam chowder.

We stopped here on a whim on our way back to our home state and it definitely didn't disappoint. The decor is 100% cabin everywhere you look think if L.L. Bean had to fit into a restaurant. The food was so good we had burgers and they were both cooked to order and came out on metal meal trays which was cute and unique. Our 5yo son was with us and our waitress who we later found out was the owner was super sweet and made sure to speak directly to him which is a nice touch alot of people over look. We will go out of our way next time we are in NH to eat here again.

We stopped at this place unplanned as we were driving by. It was amazing! Everything was homemade and delicious. We shared a meatloaf dinner which was more than two people could eat. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were so impressed with the warm vibe. Comfort food 100%.

The staff at cabin fever is amazing! We went on a busy Saturday night of a holiday weekend and our waitress (who was also the owner) was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She had tons of tables, was running the food, answering the phones and hosting but despite all of this she was attentive, communicative and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and laid back. Would absolutely return and recommend this place to others!

Happy tummies all around! Excellent service, yummy food, wonderful atmosphere and great music (not “too” loud). Fair prices on everything (including t-shirts!), too. Thanks! ?

Cute place with good food. The inside was chilly, which was disappointing because we were hoping to eat and be warm but other than that we had a great time and will be back!

There were too many details showing the care the staff puts into their food to list. But here is one example: my chicken sandwhich was given to me open-face so that the piping-hot fried cutlet wouldn't become soggy from the steam, and the lettuce and tomatoes wouldn't become wilted from the heat, preserving the full crisp and heat contrast between the two sides up until the moment I put them together and took a bite. This kind of care would earn Cabin Fever a 6th star if the brilliant minds at Silicon Valley were skilled enough in programming to make such a feat possible.Service-wise, well, we were all crushing on her. She was professional but projected an endearing level of desheveledness. She had BDE: Big Doing-her-best Energy.I know, it's unhealthy to think this way about strangers! But you know what isn't unhealthy? The omega-3 fatty acids you'll get from biting into a perfect fish filet. Go there!

Came here for an early takeout lunch just as they were opening. The owners were very nice and quickly took my order. The food came out fresh and hot (well not the lobster roll but I ordered it cold. The lobster roll had a ton of meat. Highly suggest this restaurant! The lobster bisque was also very

In October 2023 my husband and I visited the East Coast to see the Fall colors, and various cities in the NE. Our hotel provided a list of hotels with inconsistent/bad reviews that were not to our liking. I kept searching Yelp and Cabin Fever popped up. The food there ended up being the most delicious food on our whole 13 day trip. We ate there twice and everything was excellent. We had lobster bisque and clam chowder, both were wonderful. My husband said it was some of the best clam chowder he ever had. Jen, one of the owners was our server, talked about how she had just made the soups and chili. All of the seafood dishes were tasty too. We ordered the buffalo shrimp twice. Such a simple concept, don't know why other places don't have it, but they do and they were amazing. We ordered the captains platter. It was a bountiful feast and delicious. We had enough leftovers to take back to our timeshare to enjoy the rest heated up for dinner the next day, and it still held up and tasted well. Their onion rings were some of the best we've had in a long time. They were super crunchy and flavorful, we ordered those twice also. We appreciated the warm and buttery lobster roll. Their roll was better than the handful of other ones tasted on the trip. The restaurant had a nice, quirky, warm, and cozy feel to it. Jen gave us a rundown of the history and how long they've been there. One can tell the simple bar food was made with love and good recipes. Jen and Jim (chef) take a lot of pride in the place. All of the employees we had interactions with were welcoming and friendly. I was so impressed with the place I bought a souvenir long sleeve T-shirt. I will proudly wear my Cabin Fever T-shirt, and fondly think of how it added fond memories to our East Coast travels.
