I was surprised to see that they had a fish sandwich on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised it was pretty good. The onion rings weren't that great, not much onion for a lot of breading. The girl behind the counter was wonderful. There was one girl cleaning a back dining area and she seemed to be doing a very good thorough job, but the rest of the restaurant wasn't as clean. There was ketchup all over the counter, and the ketchup pump was empty. There was no ketchup...
I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in decades because they don't have any in states I have traveled to. Great choices of ice cream 🍨 🍦. I got a blizzard which was large and delicious in a 75° weather day ! I also tried the onion rings very crispy and hot . Parking lot is tricky some adjacent to building. The rest at a second parking lot with picnic tables . Busy location by intersection. Loved the bright colors of the landscaping.
The last DQ I went to was terrible, from top to bottom. This DQ was soooo much better. I give a lot of credit to the staff, they were pleasant, and were working hard to get everything right. Not a whole lot of ice cream places to pick from, so this was a welcomed treat.
