It's perfect for the kids. The atmosphere is fun with the trains running above you. Food is good and reasonably priced. I will go again.

Let me start by saying they are severely understaffed to the point of not being able to seat more than 10 tables BUT the staff was amazing. Super friendly, very attentive and keeping things clean even while training. If you were here before the fire forget what you knew, the eggs were perfect but avoid anything with hollandaise sauce (looked like congealed turkey gravy), the menu is tiny compared to before and most of the favorites are gone. Hopefully they iron out the bumps and get more staff to help out the 3 people they have who again were great

We loved the old restaurant before the fire, but I’d have to admit the food was great and the new restaurant is very open, clean and bright! Hopefully the new train near the ceiling will be back ! The tracks are in place!

We had breakfast the morning after our wedding with a decent sized group. Given it was on the busiest weekend, everyone was impressed by the friendly waiter and his quick wit. The food came out really quickly and was delightfully hot! Great first visit!

Ordered fish sandwich and turkey sandwich with onion rings for takeout and received prompt service and fresh food. Prices were fair and service was thoughtful. will be back..Parking: Easy access, off highway intersection, with lots of space..

Used to go here when I was a kid. I tried it out again and was disappointed. The food was overwhelmingly mediocre and while not expensive still managed to seem overpriced. Our waiter wasn’t “bad” but could have had a better attitude and been slightly more attentive given they only had two other tables of two patrons each.

Although our waitress was truly nice as well as accomadating, I cant say as much for the hostess and our inital experience. She needs some work on etiquette and first impressions are lasting - it wouldnt have hurt to let us sit at an actually clean table - per our request, and actually denied for no good reason. There was half a dining room open - Instead, we were told to wait while our table was half cleaned with a filthy rag, which left the table not actually clean and very wet. We really almost left because I couldnt believe how unprofessional she was. But, the kids were very much wanting to watch the trains go round - which never did the hour we were thereFood was pretty good, but this place really isnt how I fondly remembered - not likely to return or recommend

Every year we take a vacation to North Conway area. A must every time is Fryeburg Fair and Glen Junction for their pumpkin pancakes with maple cream. Sad to say I was very disappointed with the pancakes for the first time. The plate with all the whipped cream is what I would always get the one with the little maple cream in the center is what I got this time. May have been an error as I saw the waiter we use to have bring a plate with all the cream to a customer. Will have to wait another year and will try again ☹️

Great little family restaurant that's good for the kids. Get there early to avoid a wait. There's 2 train tracks on either side of the restaurant with model trains running in loops that the kids love to spot. And not to forget, the food is great! Pumpkin pancakes were lovely, and the train fries were perfectly crispy.

We stopped in for lunch on Columbus day. There was a short wait. Our kids enjoyed their hot dogs, my husband really enjoyed his bagel and lox. I had the chicken pot pie. The pot pie was okay, a bit saltier than I’d like. Staff were friendly, quick and the restaurant was clean and the kids enjoyed the train that circled the room. Very family friendly.

Very clean, lots of parking. Staff was professional but withdrawn. Diner style food. Omelette was average, Caesar salad was average with a ranch style bottled Caesar dressing. Breakfast potatoes we're good while hot, but bland as cooled. Onion rings merely okay, and a bit greasy. It was meh, honestly.

Great food and service. Best pumpkin latte I've ever had. The Ruben sandwich I had was good, I just wish they trimmed more of the fat off before putting the meat on the sandwich. Waitresses were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and not too busy at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Looks like a great place for breakfast too.

Came in labor day weekend (Saturday) about 10am and our party of 2 were seated immediately. Friendly service and average prices. Food was served maybe 7-8 mins after ordering. Corn beef hash Benedict was great. Loaded with fresh corn beef and a tasty hollandaise sauce. We also enjoyed the French toast with strawberries and real maple syrup. Pretty sure it was made with sweet bread. FYI they serve mimosas... a great way to start the dayVegetarian options: Veggie omeletsKid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like breakfast? High chairs availableParking: Great central location with ample parking.

Spent a week in Jackson NH in August 2022 on a family vacation and the breakfasts were so good that we ate there three mornings! We didn’t want to try anywhere else because we were so happy at Glen Junction. Huge portions! Kind waitstaff! Highly recommend!
