Its exactly 354 am as I write this . Why would anyone write a review at 354 am ? Well currently my wife is throwing up, and moaning and groaning from her stomach feeling like there were knives in her stomach . We ate at Marty Bs before heading to bed , she got the buffalo chicken strips , of course at the time they tasted fine . But now not so much . Our servers were great by the way .

This restaurant was just average for me in terms of food, but to be fair, when you're traveling in the mountains to enjoy the scenery, finding a spot like this is already a plus. The food itself was okay—nothing particularly memorable. The fries seemed a bit old and hard, and the beef balls were on the dry side. However, the setting really makes up for it. The view from the restaurant is beautiful, and the atmosphere is lively, especially with the live music playing across the way. It’s clearly a popular spot, as it was quite crowded when we visited. Overall, while the food may not have stood out, the location and ambiance made it a decent stop during our trip.

We ordered and were told 25-30 min for our pizza. It took 45. Other people came in and ordered more food than us and walked out before us. The pizza was overcooked and barely any cheese. Really disappointed.

After a great day skiing we came over to Matty B’s for lunch. We were seated quickly and the service was great. My pizza lunch ( which was really yummy ) was ruined by someone who worked there. A little boy who just got out of ski school was having a temper tantrum like kids do, the worker came over to the family and loudly said “get that boy off the floor or out of here, there is a no place for that “ It was so rude and most likely embarrassing for the nice couple. The worker could have nicely asked the parents if there was anything they could do to help the situation instead of shaming them. I would advise if you consider going here and have young kids, think again.

I don’t know how this restaurant has 4.2 stars! It’s definitely not good
Came in with my family was sat down quickly and served pretty quickly to. The pizza was good and the wings were okay. Asked for extra napkins multiple times and had to end up getting my own. My 2 kids ordered the Casear salad and got grilled chicken (an extra 8 bucks a piece) that was inedible. Did not find out how bad the chicken was cooked until the end of the meal (kids are shy). I tried the chicken and it was so dry I had to spit out the bite I tried. When mentioned to the waitstaff he took 10 percent off the bill which was nice but in the end only 8 bucks when I spent 16 on inedible chicken. Also was told the chef dropped wings on the floor so they were going to give me a couple extra. Never saw the extra wings and got 12 for the price of 14. Giving it 2 starts because the pizza was good but the rest was terrible.

Not a bad first time here the other day. I had been meaning to check this place off my list. Glad I did. The basic double burger n fries was pretty good with a cold local draft beer. I'll be back soon to try the poutines and pizzas.
