Food and drinks: We dined in the main dining room and everything was fantastic! The atmosphere is high end without being stuffy, the service from the host stand to the server and the bussers was impeccable, and you can’t beat the food! We had the clam chowder, short rib pappardelle, New York strip, and crème brûlée and they were all a 10/10. Can’t go wrong here!

Our BVI wedding was truly the perfect day! We had so much fun, and the day ran smoothly thanks to the wonderful team we had including Melissa Quinn, Brittany, and Heather! All went above and beyond and ensured a fantastic day.

Melissa made it easy to rent decor through Styled by BVI, and everything came together so beautifully! As our coordinator she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and made everything so easy and much less overwhelming.

Brittany and Heather were an amazing team during the ceremony and reception, our guests were so happy with everything!

Throughout our planning process Allyson with group bookings was instrumental in making sure everyone had the correct rooms booked. Her communication is unparalleled and we were so grateful!

Thank you to everyone behind the scenes as well, all the food was fantastic and everyone’s allergies were accommodated. The Bedford Village Inn truly gave us a luxury experience and we could not be happier. Thank you for a day we will remember all our lives!

1 year ago, I spent 130$ on BVI coins for the ice bar. The management stated we were able to re-use the coins at any point after the event. Fast forward to October, 2024. I talked to the manager Tom. Tom was very unfriendly, unempathetic and rude. He wouldn't let us use the 70$ worth of money I never spent at their event and instead, pocketed the money into their own business.

In my opinion, this was extremely unprofessional. Not only did my brother have his bridal party here, but he spent over 5,000 dollars the same day we went to the tavern. I would highly recommend you seek other services as the higher management is not willing to accommodate loyal customers who choose to spend their money at the Bedford Village Inn. So now, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for any event, including weddings.

After discussing this with the manager, they denied us drinks (after having one drink) because we didn't order food after spending over 5,000 dollars on food and drinks for my brother's bridal shower at their establishment. Management not only refused us further services due to our previous dicussion over the coins, but made false accusations in order to deny us further services. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU SEEK OTHER services for any event including wedding events.

Edit in response to their review. Here we go again, with the false accusations. Obscenities were not "shouted." I did not swear once and I have the entire table of 6 there to defend me on that! Was I upset? Extremely! Did I maybe raise my voice? Absolutely. I have no regrets on that. I wrote the review while in the restaurant as I stated I would and you guys were clearly salty and uncomfortable with that. The manager's false accusations were just another excuse to not serve us due to the disagreement over the coins. We were upset and unheard. The whole situation was handled extremely unprofessionally. And to deny the ENTIRE table drinks until we ordered food right after we JUST ATE AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT?! Ridiculous and frustrating. Regardless, the coins should have been honored. Period. This is what started the dissagreement. As a previous server I would have at least offered a free appetizer or something to account for the money the corporation pocketed. Just something. Even something small to show empathy and understanding. That's common sense in the service industry and this entire situation could have been avoided. Unacceptable! I'll never come here or reccomend this place to anyone ever again.

We spent a few nights at this wonderful inn and were so sad to have to leave. Every single thing was perfection - from the champagne toast and warm greeting at arrival to the service and food at the wonderful restaurants. There is a reason that it is a top rated culinary experience. Our suite was spacious and cozy with every possibly amenity. This was a stop off point for us as we left to experience fall in New England but it could easily be a destination next time. We would love to return some day!

First time staying at the Grand for a wedding, and the rooms were wonderful. Spacious, clean, with great amenities. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would love to come back again.

I expect way more from the BVI.
Our food was absolutely wonderful, but the service was horrendously slow. Our drinks also took forever to make their debuts. It shouldn’t matter if we’re inside or outside. The level of service should be the same. I also would expect an establishment like this to regularly spray for mosquitoes. We were eaten alive.
