Significantly better than chipotle with better combinations. I was decently impressed with the burrito options. The speed of food is also exceptional. The one downside is when I went is that the floors were noticeable dirty. The staff seems more focused on the food then actually keeping the facility clean. Nonetheless, this isn't much different than other fast casual restaurants. I would recommend getting take out. Spicy burrito options available.
My boyfriend and I heard of bubbakoo burritos, I decided to drive up and give it a try! And it was a fantastic idea! Now we can't stop going back! The fried cauliflower is to absolutely die for! The quesadillas are phenomenal! The burritos are absolutely massive! And the chihuahuas are one of the most amazing things I have ever tried! There's so many amazing toppings that you can put on anything! And the sauces are outstanding! My favorite is the boom boom and the honey...
The food is along the lines of chipotle, but I think is better. The interior of the building is also more finished off with actual drop ceiling instead of just rafters.
Was very happy with the barbacoa burrito and Sriracha honey sauce. It was delicious. I would definitely stop here again in the future when I'm in the area.
