Went to Carolines for the Pot Pie Bar. We were having guests and we were looking for something "different". Unfortunately, I went as they were stocking up for a Holiday Festival at the Doubletree and there was a limited selection. We ended up with: Traditional Chicken; Buffalo Chicken; Bratwurst, Beer & Cheddar; and Cheeseburger Mac 'n Cheese. They were all delicious. The crust on the top was light and flakey. Not too spicy on the buffalo chicken. The grilled brats in the beer/cheddar sauce was decadent. and, the cheeseburger mac 'n cheese tasted so much like a cheesburger that we were looking for fries. We can't wait to go again so we can order in advance and try the short rib pot pie.

I’ve ordered from Caroline’s for work a few times. They are exceptionally helpful and easy work with. Also, they are very aware and responsive to things like allergies and dietary restrictions. And they have a variety of flavors to choose from. I’d highly recommend them.

Nice people. Food was ok. Been here twice. Ordered sandwiches. I’m not a good cook but these I could make these myself. Took 30 minutes to get our food and no one else was waiting before us. Eventually people came in. But only 4 tables and the establishments kids took up 2 of the 4 tables.

I really really wanted this to be good was really looking forward to eating this, I bought a seafood Newburg pot pie for 34.00 got home and cooked it exactly how it said the Newburg sauce was curdled took a bite and it all went into the trash, sorry but it was just horrible!
Caroline's food is exceptional. I am a dietitian and it is the best quality food you can find in catering in the area. I stop in for lunch from time to time and they always make a beautiful meal whether it is a salad, sandwich or a warm dish. The workers are warm and friendly. I can't recommend Caroline's enough!

Caroline’s has helped my family with several events and put everything together perfectly. The food choices were superb and delicious, dietary restrictions were managed with grace, understanding and professionalism, and the cost was reasonable. We had an event catered at my home, for which food was delivered, and we also had an event at the location, and it was quite lovely. We have also dined in and taken out from the catering menu and the pot pie bar. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the food keeps us coming back. It is fine food indeed!
