Placed a duplicate order online for take out accidentally, called immediately to have it rectified only to be screamed at that “it’s already made and ready to go” which is physically impossible because I had just hit the button online. Scolded and told we can’t do this to them on a Friday, that we would not be getting a refund for the duplicate order because it’s already packed up. This was a $200+ mistake.

When my dad went to pick up the order and demand a refund for the duplicate the man that yelled at us on the phone apologized as it was a misunderstanding on his part. Some common sense, curtesy and kindness to your customers could have avoided the whole situation. Talk about a lack of attention to detail. Maybe slow down and LISTEN to the customer. Totally ruined our experience, we will never order and make sure our friends in Bedford stay far away from this place.

Oh, the best part is that this happened Mother’s Day weekend! May 10th. And yes, this was at the Bedford location. Again, lacks attn to detail.

I was working earlier (DoorDash) and had an order to pick up at the restaurant. I got there it was slow as today was the hottest day of the week. I wait behind another Dasher trying to claim the order and the cashier was beyond rude to the gentleman. He then got loud and asked him “what type of rice does it say” the dasher said “it doesn’t say it”. Then the cashier got louder and said “stop giving me a hard time and show me your damn phone”. The dasher asked him to calm down and lose his attitude and the cashier was horrible at de escalating the situation. He then asked to see the phone and stated “‘my eyes are bad” as the phone was is a perfect view of sight. Then they settled down and my turn went fine and was given respect. I did not like the way the cashier treated the gentleman at all. I don’t eat there but that gave me a better reason not too. Hopefully they see this and work on customer service and “tone”.

I took my elderly client to eat here on June 17th for the first time. We were greeted by a gentleman and this “woman” who I believe is the owner. As we were walking towards the dinning, this “woman” scolded me because of some miscommunication. Despite her rudeness, we decided to stay and eat. It was rainy that day and we didn’t want to go anywhere or I would have grab my client and got the hell out of there.
When we were leaving, I asked the “gentleman” where the owner was and that she owed me an apology. The gentleman said, that “she’s in the kitchen and that “she didn’t mean anything by it” ,but he proceeded to the kitchen to try to get her attention while me and my elderly client were waiting outside the restaurant, but the woman never came out. Even my elderly client agreed with me that she should have never yelled at me.
I would never come to this restaurant or to any of their establishments for this reason. No matter what the circumstances, customers should be treated with respect. For her nasty attitude and the way she treated me, I will not support her restaurants.
The waiter who served us was very nice, so we are giving him 3 stars. For the entire experience is zero.

The restaurant is beautifully set up, and the staff are very friendly. The menu is extensive, and the food was amazing. We are moving to Merrimack, and this will be our go-to.

This the BEST food I’ve had in NH. We used to go to Boston to get this quality of food. The service is fantastic, always super clean, great drinks. The owners are super friendly and truly care about the quality of food they serve.
The only Sushi I would eat. Everything is freshly made, not salty or greasy. Highly recommend!
The food is always 10-5. Great job you guys and thank you for always take good care of us. G and Dan. 🙏🏽

I was taken here for my birthday and had some of the best Chinese food I have had in a long time - The atmosphere was nice, the waiters, friendly. was worth the drive, and highly recommend!

Absolutely not … $91 for 6 appetizers. Absolutely not ever again. Not even a fortune cookie and containers not even full. Noodles, rice, boneless spare ribs, crab ragoon, fried dumplings, and chicken teriyaki … shame in you!

Really nice atmosphere and the workers are very friendly. Awesome service with a smile. There was nothing special about the food. Very small portions for the costs and you can't customize your dish how you would like it as some things come pre-made. Food didn't taste bad, its just I've had better Chinese food.

If someone is asking for a box for their leftover sushi, wasabi and soy sauce needs to be included. I have soy sauce at home but no wasabi…….. I even put the extra wasabi on the plate I wanted to go. Bummed. Gonna have to make some weird spicy concoction tomorrow with soy sauce and horseradish for my lunch.

We had not dined here for a while but, returned recently and was very happy with the new menu that offered LOTS of gluten free options - includes apps which is so rare. It was so nice to go to an Asian restaurant and have choices! Honestly, how hard is it to just replace soy with tamari and up the GF offerings? Happy that Chen Yang Li stepped up to the plate to serve the growing number of GF folks. Service and food were very good. It will be our new go to place for Asian food.

This is a very, very charming restaurant, with a secluded, mahogany bar and constantly smiling staff. My fav is Egg Foo Yung w/vegetables (and their egg rolls to-go for $7, and the best snack food around)
