You tell them everything you want for a burrito except they make recommendations for the things that cost extra money such as queso and guacamole. These things are free at Qdoba part of your purchase price but they charge you significantly more here and they don't mention it when they are asking you if they want it.

My 3 year and I eat here some times it always good. We went in to pick up a mobile order but through my own fault, it went to the wrong store. I was trying to get a refund from the other store, but the nice staff made us new food and the young man at check out said not worry about it since I had already ordered the same thing. A small but very lovely gesture thay saved this overwhelmed mama a head ache! ❤️

Staff were so rude and they “ran out” of ingredients HOURS before they closed. When I asked a simple question of if they had any more of the veggies the woman was so rude. I don’t normally like to complain but this was another level of terrible and disrespectful.

absolute worst chipotle ever, u go there and they give u a quarter of a scoop of each thing and look at u like u have 10 heads when u ask for more. this place is the definition of greedy.u do a mobile order and they give u half the bowl with 3 pieces of chicken. i’m disgusted with this one specifically

The much older lady they have working the line can’t wrap a burrito at all I get a rolled up ball of slop in tin foil.
I thought maybe she just can’t roll a burrito so went again and got a bowl and it was the skimpiest bowl I’ve ever seen I asked for more rice 3 times just to get a seemingly normal amount you would get at any other chipotle. Not the right person to be serving.
So if I see her working the line on my lunch breaks now I’ll literally turn around and drive 5 more min to the Manchester location.
Any other time this Chipotle is normally fine.

We ordered 2 burrito bowls with guacamole and both included completely BROWN guacamole!! One of the bowls had noodles in it instead of rice making both meals inedible! This ruined our entire family dinner and caused a huge inconvenience seeing as how we drove out there to pick it up trusting that the guacamole would be edible. I will NEVER use this store again. A manager needs to be aware of this issue as soon as possible and will hopefully make things right and speak with their staff. I’m beyond disappointed as I love Chipotle.

every table and the entire floor had left over food everywhere, it was gross. there were only 5 of us in there and about ten staffers, and they couldn't send anyone out to clean the dining area?. i asked them if they could cut the burrito in half to make it a bit easier to eat, they said they could not. told them there was an allergy and it looked like they were using a nasty toilet rag to wipe the food prep area down, leaving nasty streaks everywhere, someone needs to get mr. health inspector in there. i will not be back unless they do something about the nastiness.

The tables were messy and gross with food on them from previous customers. Not just one table. When an employee was asked to wipe down the table he did only ours while leaving the others dirty. He wiped our table and there was still food left! WOW! Never again!
