Mobile orders are completely wrong more often than not. Usually not even edible. Comp’d orders are still wrong. Waste of time and money.

This was the grossest location I have ever stepped foot in. The dining area was absolutely disgusting. Food , crumbs everywhere. And the staff seemed lazy and miserable. Ended up throwing my food away because if the restaurant is that gross I can only imagine how the food is cooked.

The server looked like she hated being in customer services and once I got home to eat my food, I noticed she gave me a bowl of guacamole with a side of rice and chicken. I would never ever eat there again!

Line out the door and they just have one old lady making burritos while online ordering has multiple people working, Lame… if you know it’s rush hour staff the restaurant fully. Get a new manager, do something. Just a disappointment….

Very hit or miss here but mostly miss. The rising prices are nuts - + 7.50 for extra beef ??

Got the single order - Beef was all tendon and over cooked.

Chips were stale . Employees don’t care

Live in Bedford - will not return to this chipotle if I don’t have to

We were out shopping and stopped here about 15 mins before they closed, so our expectations weren't high.

This place hooked out burritos up! It was just as good as always. Will be back.

I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. By far the worst burritos I’ve ever gotten from any chipotle. $55 for 2 burritos that are inedible is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this one at all costs.

If u me store hours say there open at a certain time ur staff should have the store ready for that time not 15-30 mins after 1045 am

Ordered a burrito and burrito bowl today. The burrito was so spicy i couldnt finish it. Also found an avocado seed in my guacomole in the burrito… burrito bowl had half of an avocado in it (wassuposed to be guacomole) and the avocado was not ripe and was inedible! Terrible food experience.

Hate to be that person, but need to warn others. I have a food allergy and the person making my food did a great job at wiping the counter, washing their hands, changing gloves, and making my food safe for me to eat. But as they were doing this, an elderly employee walked up behind them, shoved their entire gloved hand into the chicken bowl, and started eating out of their hand right on the line. To the original workers credit, they got fresh chicken out to use in my bowl. I know people are hungry, I know what it’s like to work fast food, and I don’t want to be a Karen. But that jeopardizes the food safety for every customer in line who may have an allergy, not to mention I have no idea if that employee just finished cleaning with those gloves on and has now introduced cleaning products or bacteria into the food.

I went on 10/16 around 9 pm The store was very dirty the girl had a headphone on the ear having a conversation with someone she was super rude and if the manager see the camera she threw the burrito on the table to the point that my burrito got open I ask her for lettuce and she told me
That they don’t have it like the way like I was asking a favor not paying for very rude Asian girl !! My husband and I were speechless because we prefer that store over the one in willow st very disappointing guys costumer service should be first
