I am not sure why this particular store does not know how to make French crullers, but I was definitely disappointed when I finally got to my destination and opened my bag. It didn't look right but I was willing to give it a chance. Definitely no melt in the mouth eggy flavor, which is the entire point of eating a cruller. Someone needs to teach them how to make them correctly.

I just waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru window (not talking about from ordering to getting to the window… sitting AT the window) for two coffees I got handed one immediately while the other one sat on the rack next to the drive thru for 10+ minutes because the employee working the window walked away and never came back. Finally another employee came over and when I told her I was still waiting for my other coffee she pulled it off the rack which irritated me because it had been there made the entire time and she copped an attitude with me because I had just wasted 10 minutes of my time waiting for a coffee that was already made. I understand being short handed but that doesn’t excuse being disorganized and snippy. Pull it together. Communicate with each other. Work as a team. I will not be back.

Horrible experience. I went into this gas station on Tuesday night and was greeted by a young girl with fake eyelashes and an attitude. Simply placing our orders was Apperently offensive to her and she was very rude. Safe to say I won't be returning.

Dunkin Donuts is normally excellent. Today however, left me unsatisfied. The employee was in a crappy mood, not sure if she was called in or working by herself. It took us probably around 10 minutes to have our order taken. One sandwich was burnt my sourdough didn't get toasted.

My coffee was not good had yo fix it myself and the first DD that would not allowed me to purchase a pup cup nor purchase a cup of whip cream because I was told they don't do that, nothing for Dogs even if it was just a side of whip cream nope.... but atleast my snacking beacon was really

I went to this dunkins this late afternoon to get my daughter a bagel. I approached the drive through. The rude clerk was laughing the whole time. I don’t see why there should be laughing when someone is placing their order. I pulled up paid for the bagel and the employee put the bagels in the bag got napkins but proceeded to wipe the counter with the napkins and put them in the bag. I wasn’t sure I was seeing this correctly. My daughter saw this and said that’s what she did. We threw it out and did not eat the bagels. This is what you do to customers? Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever. How disgusting.

Most of the people that work here have very bad attitudes.. This morning I’m handed my coffee and the cover popped off and hot coffee dumped all over my hand, repeatedly have issues going to this location. I recommend going across the street to the other location on river road those people are a lot nicer.

They started getting new employees which is great since the others had no awareness, slow and rude. Went there on Sunday and Wesley one of the new employees was so nice and seemed like a kind hearted person. Wesley was fast and kind during my experience and I’m glad he will be serving me in the future.
