They started getting new employees which is great since the others had no awareness, slow and rude. Went there on Sunday and Wesley one of the new employees was so nice and seemed like a kind hearted person. Wesley was fast and kind during my experience and I’m glad he will be serving me in the future.
I normally love this Dunkin and only go to this one because they always make the drinks right, but lately the workers have been extremely rude. As someone who worked at a Dunkin I know that during certain points of the day can be hard and stressful but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to be rude. I was there this morning in the drive through and got coffee and a bagel. The gentleman that waited on me was so professional and polite. When I got up to the window he was the same. Don’t know his name but he was the shorter one of the two there. You have keeper there
