This has got to be the worst dunkin ever. I don’t think they have ever actually got my order right. No cheese must mean extra cheese. I will no longer come to this location filled with absolutely incompetent employees.

Cant figure out a simple frozen coffee order gives me basically black and when I ask for them to fix it he made me wait and handed me the same dark gross frozen coffee..

The food it was very good it was served with a smile as it came out to drive through window they even asked me if I needed anything else before they cash me out and I said no I should be good thank you for asking The people at this dunkin' donuts have been very polite and courteous at all times

Very unprofessional customer service when asking a very simple question
Wanted to order but couldn’t get half of our drinks cause they already cleaned the maschine….. that shouldn’t happen. You clean after closing, so all customers can be satisfied.

Handed me a coffee, was too hot to even handle on the outside of the cup, asked for a cardboard sleeve, said they don't have those, asked for an extra cup, said we aren't allowed to give those, so 1 star review it is.

We stopped in on our way to the airport. We were so impressed with the staff! They were friendly & professional! They have a great rapport with their regular customers… knowing what they order, what their schedules are like and how to make them feel important!They also took time to greet everyone that they serviced! If I lived locally I’d make this a regular stop! Keep up the great work!
