Tried to get services. The kids you hire think they get paid to text and look at customers with a lost look. Great company

Don't expect a smooth experience at this location. There is always a long line of people waiting on orders. I've seen countless folks walk out after being ignored for 10+ mins. There's a 50/50 chance(I'm being generous) that your order will be done correctly. I had an issue where they did not provide the food I ordered and after an app chat, several emails and way too much wasted time they refused to resolve the issue properly (USD back for USD paid), all for 6 measly bucks after years of repeat orders. Avoid at all costs, just go to the DD near the Bedford PD station. With the convenient location this place should be a gold mine for DD but it's so poorly run and staffed they can barely serve half the people coming in.

They're not the same anymore exchange a lot come 4:00 in the afternoon and they run out of everything don't get me started the service sucks too play playlist kids all this money to work there and they don't want to work or even put on a smile for you and half the time you get in your coffee cold

Rarely do they get the orders correct, and honestly the only reason we go multiple times is because it is convenient and you just hope to get something correct from there.
Stick to a simple coffee and make sure you taste it first should be ok.
People there seem to mostly not care.

The manager of this Dunkin’ Donuts is rude and nasty and doesn’t care about her customers or employees, the employees were helpful but the interaction I had with the manager was nasty. She needs to clean up her attitude before she loses a good crew.
