Stopped here at 5:54 To grab a bagel and a coffee the young man cut me off midway through ordering to tell me he already shut the ovens off. When I asked why he said obviously because we close soon. This is three hours before they close! Management really needs to step in and do their job

every time i go there something is wrong. i got a hot chocolate and it tastes like water with 1 tsp of chocolate milk powder in it. They throw your food into the bags and burn the food

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was slow, even though there weren’t many customers, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping at all. My order came out wrong, and when I pointed it out, the attitude I got made it feel like my fault.
. For the prices they charge, the quality just isn’t there. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Go past this place on my way to work every morning. Most days I place a mobile order around 15 minutes in advance cause I know they take forever and the app even tells me to wait saying it shouldn’t take that long yet everyday I place it at least 10 minutes before I get there and still almost everyday I wait almost 10-15 minutes every time. Hire more people and have more people on the clock if it is going to take you this long. Nobody in the place moves with any sense of urgency. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible service, even worse is how they make their drinks! You order a refresher and you get mostly tea or water, only put a splash of whatever refresher you order. They suck! Gonna go to dunks up the road! Way better than the dunks at the Mobil!

the staff, my cashier, was very very sweet. They must be shorthanded as I can see the frantic running around. Too bad Boston cream donuts all gone but the subtitute one was good and quite fresh. The shop located in a great gas station location with clean restroom.
